They went beyond the extra mile. Wyatt had me call the helpline while I was sitting in the store. The rep was unable to hear me very well, so Wyatt spoke to him on my behalf. I did not feel like the technician was being dishonest. My mom's phone was not connecting well to the lightning cable and the speaker when holding it up to her ear did not sound good.
