A Boost store "owner"- Jake Bish- PUT A PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR A PHONE on my account WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT! It was in HIS name, signed by HIM and linked to MY phone number and MY service! He had told me at the store I was paying in FULL for the phone at the time of purchase. (That money paid in store mysteriously NOT accounted for in the "down payment" on said contract either.) He said he was giving me a DEAL because of the trouble I had with my insurance claim replacement phone not working. When I realized what he had done- I contacted him and I reported it to Boost. Boost told me to return the contracted phone to the store and get a second insurance replacement phone activated- all of which I did. They said then the contract would be removed from my account - AND IT NEVER WAS! they claimed the store had to do it and he claimed they did. I have had to pay an extra $8 dollars/month for a phone I don't have for a contract that's NOT even in MY NAME and knowing all of this and possessing the contract- Boost REFUSES to do anything about it even though it is OBVIOUS FRAUD! If I only paid for my service and not the installment, Boost would turn off my phone service. if I tried to leave Boost, they wouldn't let me port my phone number I've had for 20+ years (that every account and person in my life is linked to). Basically this company held my phone number and phone service HOSTAGE for the past year. I filed so MANY escalations yet Boost refuses to do anything because the store owner linked my legitimate debit card to the fraudulent contract and I made payments on my account with that card. I paid $185 dollars in all JUST TO keep my number & LEAVE THEM. Even though I explained repeatedly that they shut off my service every time I didn't pay the installment amount- A boost supervisor actually had the NERVE to tell me "I always had CHOICE- I didn't HAVE to pay for the phone"- "I CHOSE to". They now tell me I will need to file dispute with my bank from where my payments were made from. I will also be contacting the Attorney General. Literally the MOST insane thing I have EVER been through with a company. read more

This place came highly recommended by a friend. I came in to have my screen repaired. My phone had no issues (was working fine) other than a cracked screen on the top right corner. After the repair I picked up my phone and tried opening my apps and the touch screen was not responding. I tried to swipe my screen and nothing. Female employee immediately knew something was wrong and removed the optional screen protector I purchased and still nothing. They then told me that my phone has the "touch disease" and that I could join a lawsuit to sue Apple. I explained that it was odd that my phone did not have the "touch disease" prior to coming in to their store. They had no response for that. They did try another new screen but the touch screen was still not working. Ultimately they put my original cracked screen on and refunded me my money. Phone worked for a while but by the time I got home it was useless. I can no longer get into my phone since the touch screen does not work. On my way to the Apple store now to get it fixed and surely pay more money. One star for ZERO accountability. If they would have taken ownership for causing further damage to my phone and trying to remedy it, I would have been good with that. I stumbled upon this place by chance, looking for a new wireless provider. David was my salesman, and he sold me a phone with accessories for a great deal. No pressure to buy something over priced that i didnt need. The staff was helpfull and polite. Plus they have a real good in-house deal for shrinking payments on your monthly bill. read more

I recently tried to migrate from Sprint to Boost Mobile in Washington, MO. Nathan was very knowledgeable and professional. My bill was paid with Sprint and I paid off my phones with Sprint so they were mine. Firstly, I wanted to keep my own phones and Nathan called and was told that would be fine. I SAW HIM CALL BOOST CORPORATE AND I COULD HEAR THE REP SAY YES! but....when he went to actually perform the migration he got told NO! I can't imagine why there was such a conflict. The rep on the phone absolutely refused to run my IMEI OR MEID to check. Nathan called again and got another Rep who told him yes but when the migration was to be made we got told no. Nathan then sold us on 2 LG X Charges but there was only one in stock. I went home and considered my options. So, I went to Cricket. Sadly, this man did everything he could do to get me in Boost service but the ultimate decision was made based on the fact that I want a company whose left hand talks to the right in harmony and it doesn't make me wonder what future service with this company looks like. Furthermore a call BY ME to Boost Corporate was also unhelpful. 5 stars for Nathan / 0 Stars for Boost Corporate as a company! read more

Great customer service and Great phone service .they charge for a phone repair for a low price ,i really like this place.

If there was a minus 5 star rating that wouldn't be low enough!! After 1 hour an 45 minutes on the phone i reached a supervisor. I expressed myself strongly because I was so frustrated trying to get them to help me. When I finished speaking, I realized the supervisor had hung up on me. When I tried to call back, I found my phone wouldn't work. I used another phone and contact Boost again and after 2 more hours on the line, they told me my phone number had been changed! AND they could not change it back. I had that number for 18 years and it was gone. I'm sure the supervisor changed my number out of spite. I got new service from Cricket that same day and have been very pleased. SHUN BOOST!!! read more

Was told $50.00 to repair my cell phone, left the phone and picked it up the next day. Lasted 1 week and broke again, took it in again and they fixed it again. Only lasted two weeks this time now they tell me I need to pay again. I told them if they would have repaired it right the first or even 2nd time I wouldn't have had to bring it back. do not purchase used or refurbished equipment from them there is no return policy. if its defective good luck getting it replaced or fixed

OTT price, expertise and service! Last year Sept 2012 my LG myTouch C800 with the QUERTY keyboard fell, the screen broke and bounced into the pool. The guys at Boost replaced it for $60 ligity split while I waited. Then I got rear-ended the phone flew out the door and got run over by the traffic. They replaced most everything and saved my data for $90 - good as new. Last week July 4 it got dropped once too often and they replaced the mother board for $50 overnight. No pushy sales, great suggestions for backups, loaners and upgrades. Great communications. read more

Efficient and Great customer service! On Friday night I shattered the LCD screen of my Galaxy S5 Phone as I was getting out of my car :( in the midst of internal cries, anger and sadness over my broken phone, I yelped and called various phone repair stores to see if they could bring my phone back to life! Most of the stores said no as it was 5:30pm and were closing, others did not have the parts until TUESDAY! it wasn't until I called Boosts's mobile sister store in Santa Clara that I was refereed to this tiny gem! when I arrived despite being almost closing time the gentlemen in the store were able to repair my phone!! and they even gave me a discounted price on a tempered glass screen protector! the store also provides a 90 day warranty on their service which is really nice! I really hope this NEVER happens again however now I know where to take my phone without having to call a bunch of places read more

I don't recommend anyone go here to get their iPhone fix I broke my iphone6 plus and my screen sensor doesn't work now I spend like $600 on replacing the screen three times. The screen is weak and easy to break. I ask them to fix it they told me I have to pay $100 extra. Fuck this place read more
