During the visit, Mike also asked about the screen, which had been replaced a few years ago at a different location (which I won't name). He pointed out that the previous repair used a lower-quality screen rather than a genuine one, which finally explained some issues we'd noticed back then. Mike replaced it with a proper screen, and now the phone feels like new--perfect for my daughter to keep using. Since he did such a great job on my wife's phone, I decided to go ahead and replace the battery on my own iPhone (12 Pro Max) as well, since it was down to 69% maximum capacity. That's why I'd definitely recommend Mike and his shop to anyone who needs device repairs or parts replaced. He's honest and will let you know whether a repair is actually worth it. However, as I looked around, I was highly impressed by how clean and organized the store was. Gilbert greeted me in the next aisle and politely offered his assistance. I mentioned that I had been looking for a cable but had given up, assuming it was sold out. He asked to see the advertisement, brought me back to the mobile section, and actively helped me look for it. He even searched through several boxes stored on the top shelf until he finally located the correct cable. I was thoroughly impressed by Gilbert's exceptional attitude and customer service.
