This incident happened to me back in April. I dropped off my package. I measured the box ahead of time when I made my listing on Mercari. Next thing you know they take an extra $14.01 out of my profit. I asked Mercari and they said it was due to my measurement and their measurement being 1 inch off. I know my measurement was correct because I measured it before I did the listing. I took a measuring tape and took all my dimensions. While doing some research, I read that this is a common thing that has happened to other people. There's nothing I can do about it now because it's in the past and I can't prove it. I won't be coming back here unfortunately because of how this whole interaction went. And looking at the other reviews, that girl is the one I think that is to blame for these other bad reviews. 0 stars - BEWARE, your package may go missing or worse, they may open and steal the item(s) before they are shipped out and then the empty box gets delivered to its destination. This is definitely the first and last time we will ever go to this location (only went out of convenience of being nearby on this particular date). We shipped out two iPhones on September 29, using Apple's pre-paid shipping labels and boxes. The two packages made it to its destination on October 2. However, on October 4, we received notice from Apple that although they received the shipment, the boxes were completely empty! The notification Apple sent asked for additional information about where it was dropped off so we assume they saw that the packages/boxes were tampered with before it reached them. If you are shipping out anything, please take extreme caution if you decide to use this location. read more

I had to return 5 rather large boxes, not heavy except for one. It was the steel roof portion of the gazebo I purchased on Amazon. The heavy box was delivered with a bad looking gash on one side, which I mentioned to the driver that delivered it. He assured me that if anything inside was damaged FedEx would gladly pick it back up to return. Simple, right? It was a heavy box, so heavy that it'd be easier to slide around than lift, probably how the box was damaged in the first place. Never opened that box or the other 4. I've started coming into this location pretty frequently to make deliveries for work. Every time I've been in I've been welcomed by the staff. I believe there's only two or three customers allowed inside the store at a time, everyone's always been wearing a mask and fairly social distanced so I feel really safe coming in here during this time. Today one of the workers that helped me was Evangeline. I called prior to coming in to get some help on how to package a specific item and she was super helpful over the phone and even more so in person. We mailed an important document on Saturday, before the pickup deadline. We paid almost $50 to get this item delivered Monday. The guy behind the counter (he was plenty nice) said it would be there Monday by 10:30 am. It didn't get delivered until today, Tuesday in the afternoon. I have spent well over an hour or two trying to resolve this, being placed on hold for 20 mins at a time, by the fedex customer service reps. Each time saying they're starting a claim and someone will call me back in a couple hours. I've called 3 times. Nobody ever calls. It's a joke. The cost difference between us paying for Monday delivery vs Tuesday? $30. I ship stuff all the time with USPS and never have issues like this, I get what I pay for, even over this last holiday shopping season! I use this FedEx Office for all my business needs. I'm in this place a couple times a week, and most of the staff here are really helpful and kind. The one negative is that if you hit it at the wrong time, it's only staffed with one person and the wait times to pack and ship something out can be significant (10 - 15 minutes in line has happened to me on several occasions). Mostly this doesn't happen, because I coordinate my visits to be off-peak. I highly recommend you time your visits the same way. Pro Tip: They offer "ebay concierge" service, so you can drop off things you want them to sell, fill in a form on an iPad about the item, and they take care of everything else. They are open pretty late, and next-day delivery to any California address is accepted until 7pm. read more

Her comments to me were that these young people do not have any manners. So a message to those young people.. please, please try to be respectful of our seniors. Be patient and be kind. Hearing changes and sometimes senors do not understand the processes of how shipping works. People standing in line are patient when they see a clerk helping an elderly adult.
