Phone repair issue still not fixed…read more Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed. Was not good enough to pick up knowing that he has the same last name he knows the phone number of the phone, etc. etc. the guy would not release the phone now my husband will come home looking for his phone and now I have to tell him he has to go all the way back out because they wouldn't do it for us. They have a policy. I don't know what the policy is when you actually have the receipt on your phone nope it has to be in paper and in his hand totally ridiculous.
