We are a low income…read morefamily trying to survive in this very hard and complicated times, we put our house on the market because we need to downsize due to our financial situation. Unfortunately we lost the only opportunity to move forward with the selling of our house because he was hired by the buyer to do an inspection of the septic, his report was that the septic was not working and that we need a new septic tank and new litchfields, so we called him just to get an idea of what was wrong and he mentioned that, that particular day he didn't bring the tool to dig into the tank so he started doing it by hand but it was to fuc%#* hot (his own words he was also drunk) so he stopped because only seeing it from the outside he new that they were bad so there was no point to continue digging it. (How unprofessional) he also didn't empty the tank so I don't know how he was able to do an inspection report without proper information. The only thing we had was a report by hand writing saying we need a whole new septic system. We were stuck at that moment because we were not able to do our own inspection because if we emptied the tank and another buyer wants to the their own inspection we have to wait a month and paid 2 times to empty the tank. Fortunately we had another offer and they did their inspection with a different company, the septic is working wonderfully, they recommended moving from one location to another because the tank is partially under an addition of the house. So after getting a second opinion we all came to the idea that this guys knows nothing about septic, he didn't even go inside , he didn't even know the size of the tank. The only thing he wants is rip your pockets making you go through a very expensive repair that he does (how convenient for him) please be aware, don't hire someone for an inspection that also repair and install, they will put things to benefit them on a way that the only options you have is hire them to do the job. You can never go wrong with a candle. But be warned that you can go wrong with the wrong candle! When you walk into the mall, you'll already get a sense (scent?) of how great wonderful smells can be. Like the abercrombie store of candles, you'll get blasted by fragrance 50 feet away. If you're super sensitive to smell maybe it's not the place for you. Keep in mind they constantly have buy one get one free sales which makes the candles much more affordable. Otherwise it can take a hefty chunk out of your credit card! Two of my favorites are the lavender with lemon (I think... ) and the one the green candle with melon scent. Both unassuming but makes themselves known scents! (don't buy all their candle wick cutting crap... waste of money).

Without the sales, this place can be a bit pricey for what it is hence the 4- and not 5- star review. The staff at this location (hired just for the holiday season or not) were extremely helpful and sociable during the visit. They touched base with my friend and I about our and their favorite candles, offered suggestions on how to properly detect the scent of certain candles (hint: smell the cover/cap to the candle, not the wax itself... apparently it is a truer representation of what the candle will smell like when it is burning), and were genuinely excited when final decisions were made about which scents to buy. There is a gigantic selection of candles to choose from at this location and a variety of sizes and types available. Jar candles, tumblers, tarts, single and triple wick candles with different burn times, air fresheners, warmers, the list goes on and on. If a candle is on your gift list (or personal gift list!) you are sure to find something here that will fit your needs. Browse the internet before visiting and you can usually find a coupon or two to use with your purchase. My favorite candle this time of year used to be the Christmas Cookie variety but they came out with a new Snowflake Cookie is a sweeter version of this and came out on top this year with my purchases. The makeup and my lashes stayed on all day, through tears and dancing. The space is warm and inviting. You can buy monogramed sandals, seersucker or gingham, or all-leather sandals in many colors. The belts are so so pretty too! (Look at their website.) 2) Value: LeatherMan/Eliza B makes quality products and fully stands behind them. My Eliza B's are still pretty and comfy after 3 or 4 years of heavy use when I lived in Carolina, but then, they are NOT made of plastic, nylon and cheap rubber! I last ordered in spring of last year and paid $48 plus shipping. 3) Size: the sandals run SMALL so you often need to size up one full size. Yet I'm a size 7.5 and wear a size 8 in Eliza Bs. Sooo, try on a pair at a store that sells them or measure your foot and call the company for sizing help. One thing: the sandal straps grip the sides of your feet - they're not loose at all - and they won't fly off your feet at a pool or get wedged under a gas pedal. 4) Customer service: I didn't give this company 5 stars because of "phone attitude." We've given them plenty of business over many years, but some of the employees are abrupt, unfriendly and rude. That's unfortunate because most customers are loyal. I chose this company for a cross country move because I felt they were very honest with me about…read morehow the moving game works with brokers and bait and switch tactics with other companies. They warned me that other companies would give me a quote and when the movers got there it would be way higher of a price due to weight or whatever. I felt that if they were going to be honest about companies doing that, they sure wouldn't do it to me. Well.... maybe not intentionally but the end result was the same. I told them EXACTLY what size items I was moving (40 gallon plastic storage containers, 2 1/2 ft x 3 ft boxes, etc). Once the movers Cobra Van Lines got to my house (the day before I close on selling my condo and moving across country- no time to get another mover), the guy told me I had twice the amount of stuff than was quoted. Needless to say, I was very ticked off. Of course the driver didn't like being accused of doing anything wrong, so we started off on the wrong foot. Professional Moving and Storage listed my storage containers as Large and my boxes also as large. The mover considered them all extra large. So my 230 cubic feet quote turned into over 500 cubic feet really quick and my cost just went up another $1300. (I was already paying $2400 for a bed, dresser, boxes and storage tubs - not even a whole house full of furniture - I got rid of all of that). Turns out after talking to Professional Moving and Storage and them listening to the tapes of when I called, I was very specific with them however, their computers did not accept Extra Large so my stuff was entered as Large?!?!?!??!? What the hell? I eventually had to apologize to the driver, knowing it's not his fault. He told me that since I was available to receive my goods the next day, my stuff would probably be on one of the first trucks and that they had trucks going to Florida all the time. Well after everything is loaded up and I just had to pay an additional $1300, needless to say there wasn't much left for a tip for the movers. (The recommend 10-15% of the cost of the move). So now, my $60 tip probably ticked them off and guess what.... My stuff sat in storage for weeks until I called to do a follow up - then oh my stuff was "in the queue. It shouldn't be long". Professional wasn't able to do any more than refund me about $100 due to the error since 3 companies are involved in this process. It just got worse dealing with Cobra Van Lines after the lost some of my stuff and then "it's Monday after a holiday weekend and we are really busy can you call back some other time?" OMG - Never again.
