Maybe cause it's a Friday-- I mean who doesn't love Fridays, huh?! Today I was on the hunt for a leather belt and a designer bag but only found a belt which was more than I expected. I wasn't sure I was going to find a leather belt here but thought since it's the "fanciest" place the springs has to offer-- why not check anyway. I was pleasantly surprised when I found a beautiful all leather belt in my size-- it was a fashion miracle! I got the last small at $15 and you definitely can't beat that price. I think it's made by Halogen which is a pretty sturdy and classic brand. Any who, I made it out with a fabulous purchase and so very pleased about that and it was also nice to see friendly faces when being checkout at the registers. They're specifically lower quality items that were manufactured to go directly to the outlet at a higher price than what they're worth, then a tag is added to show you the "original price" so you feel like you're getting a deal. We were literally polite -- smiled, said "okay," and started to walk away -- and she hit us with a sarcastic "sorry for doing my job" in the most annoyed tone possible. No one was rude to her, no one argued, and there was zero reason for the attitude. If "doing your job" means snapping at customers who are being respectful, that's a pretty low bar. Customer service isn't that hard: be polite. Unfortunately, Stella made what should've been a normal interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. Definitely not the experience we expected.
