Hello. I went to Boot Barn yesterday Monday March 14 2022 looking for a boot for my Santa costume.. I have a difficult time finding boots that fit my big foot. I was referred to Betty from Scotty or Scott. Betty was incredible. She helped me find the correct boot for my foot size. I have a wide foot and large calf. This place was great. It was my first time in a boot superstore and the workers were so friendly and helpful. I didnt end up buying boots but my two friends did and the employees were very helpful to them. One pair wasnt in stock so they said to call back in a couple days since they were shipping it from another location. Unfortunately it didnt come in those two days so when we went back to the store and they said they would ship it back home to Hawaii for free. My friend did receive her boots in a couple of days after and she is in love with them. Great customer service. And a whole lot of selection. Will definitely be checking out other boot barns in the future. read more

If you're in to wearing boots or cowboy apparel, then this place is a five, if not, then don't bother coming here. Luckily, I've worn boots most of my life at one point or another or for certain occasions and so I really think this place is terrific. The boot selection is super and the prices are good. I really like this place overall for their selection and quality of their products. I minus one star for the advice I was given for my Stetson. As a first time hat buyer, I did not feel I was advised on how to get the most out of it. I was given their mediocre cleaner and some sponges without being told things like to only brush in a counter-clockwise direction and the sponge is only needed to get hard stuff out of it. The more you use the brush, the more it ruins the felt. I was advised later at competitor store to use a horsehair brush and a better brand for cleaner. Despite all this I would still recommend this place. Just please make sure your sale associates educate your customers on good product care, especially when what they are buying is expensive. read more

Very nice and open store. They really carry a lot of items and a large selection of boots. The employees are super helpful and very friendly!! They offer a rewards program that you text a code to and then they send you offers. So if you shop at Boot Barn frequently you may want to look into that. Although I am not a boot lover or a country person, my daughter is. She lives it here and I can find plenty of things to look at to occupy my time. The boots are not always cheap, but if you are looking for real boots you will know they aren't cheap anyway. Watch for sales and specials to offset the cost a little. read more

They are only getting a one star because I had to select to continue. I ordered boots online from the Boot Barn website for a Christmas gift for my daughter. She needed a different size. We went to this Boot Barn location and apparently the boots are an online order only. While waiting for well over twenty (20) minutes for the cashier to get some guidance the pure lack of customer service I experienced was ridiculous! For starters, the manager, LARRY, said "he just got back and didn't recall how to use the iPad or look something up". Then as LARRY (the Manager) and another employee chose to chit chat behind the registers while customers were lining up with only one register open, the phone was right next to me and it continued to ring and ring for well over fifteen (15) minutes with LARRY and female employee completely ignoring it! I almost answered it! To make this even a better experience, I simply asked if they would exchange the EXACT same boots for me in another size and call me when they come in. Well, this just threw them over the edge in how to handle. When I bought the boots they were $128.99. When you look them online today the price is $159.99 but in their system they showed $179.99. In typical retail this is not a problem because it's an even exchange (exact boots for exact boots). Well, NOT at Boot Barn! They told me they would credit me the $128.99 and I would have to pay the difference of over $50.00. Are you kidding me?!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - STAY AWAY!!!! read more

They lost my order, blamed UPS, reordered it and lost it again. The store manager Mike doesn't call you back, "cant come to the phone", and Kevin the district manager talks down to you and makes it clear that your order is not important. Great store and great service, some reviews say their overpriced but they easily gave me the online price. Selection was also very large. They even stretched two pairs of boots I didn't even buy from there, for free. Plenty of clothing for men and women. We'll definitely bring our grandchildren here for boots. Way to pricey. Saw a cute wooden tray for a coffee table looked at the price and it said 79.99. Something you could get at hobby lobby for 19.99. Nice clean store and good presentation. I arrived early for a job interview for the other store but before the job interview wanted to take a walk through I had never been and wanted to check it out. I guess you could say greeted at the door by two women one older one younger and I mentioned that I had a interview and they said oh well it's across parking lot and they were kind of rude and not very friendly the one older looking woman who may have been a manager kind a looked at me up-and-down very strange. If I'm going to pay 39.99 for a tank top I will just get it online. Have it delivered to my house help out small business owners. came in because a pair of work boots that i bought are starting to wear down .... a part of the front is lifting and i don't do that much iof heavy work for it to be broken already, anyways it's only been a month since i bought it AND i had my reciept. i was hoping they had some kind of warranty or i could at least get credit for my shoes for another pair. well i was told they did have a 90 return warranty but my shoes were too 'worn out' like duh???? why make that policy if it doesn't apply to hard workers? they were rude and snobby. they look like they hated their jobs. terrible service and terrible people. i'm never buying from here again. read more

Emilee was AMAZING!!! The minute I walked into the store she greeted me and was instantly willing to help me find what I was looking for. She stayed with me the entire time and even helped me with my kids so I could try things on. Because of her help, I not only got boots but was able to get a FULL outfit (shirt, under shirt, hat, jewelry, etc). My kids even got stuff! She was so nice and helpful and made my time at the store fun! I can't wait to go back just to have her help me again. I loved the whole experience from sizing, to searching for the perfect pair, to interacting with the employees.
