I was buying my daughter a present but then I saw a pair I liked as well, so I thought maybe I would buy the second pair. As I was about to check out, the woman in front of me just had one pair to buy. The cashier told her about the special and asked if she wanted a second pair and the lady said no thanks. Then the cashier said well what if I offer you 50% off And she still said no. While I was waiting, I was wondering if I was going to get the same offer. When I got up there she didn't say anything so I asked if I could get 50%. She said no because that was only offered because she didn't already have a second pair. I was so confused, I nicely stated that it didn't really seem right and I'd like the same offer. She then asked the other cashier (not sure if it was a manger,) and I'm not kidding, she looked me up and down and said, "not for her!" I was in shock. I got my feet measured/fitted for shoes. I tried on two different brands, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 and the Hoka Graviota 6. I have extremely flat feet and so I need wide shoes. I had such a hard time deciding that I splurged and bought both of them. I also got a Runpro insole insert which is for comfort & support. This way I can alternate shoes: wear one pair one day and switch to the other pair for the next day. I'm so glad I went there for new shoes. I really needed the new shoes!
