I was having a day out with three grandsons. One of whom has gone country. he was looking for some boots. We heard about this boot factory outlet and decided to visit. It was not the easiest thing to find, but we were able to. When you walk in the door, the smell of leather is comforting. At least for me it was. All three boys fell in love with the boots immediately; they were buy one get two free. We did exactly that. The lady who helped us was extremely patient and measured all the boys' feet. We ended up with buying one additional pair for a granddaughter, age 2. We brought them home to her and she put them on and ran around the house saying aren't I pretty? To be honest, I'm not actually a "boot kind of person" but the boys absolutely loved it. I just spent a few few days with one of those grandsons and he wore the boots the entire time. So for just under $200, we got four pair of boots. I thought that was a pretty good deal. read more

The size 14, J-toe boot fit like a glove. Not many size fourtreen boots are stocked. Finding them is great. But to fit like that is amazing. The man made materials are a disappointment. I do not reccomend the waterproof boots. Extremely stiff. read more

Visited the Orlando FL location while on vacation. Great option for budget boot shopping. Went with 6 friends (4 of them who didn't plan to buy any boots) took advantage of the Buy 1 Get 2 FREE offer. Some of them figured they'd only find 1 pair they liked, but ended up actually finding 3 pairs they liked! 3 pairs of boots = $200!! (1 pair = $200 {or highest price} & get 2 pairs FREE!). You can't beat that!! One friend actually bought 6 pairs (3 for her *$300 & 3 for her husband *$600 = $900 for 6 pairs of boots! ) They don't carry "higher end" brands like (Corral, Dan Post, etc...) but they do carry well-known classic brands like: JB Dillon, Justin, etc.,...). Although I didn't buy any, I did find 2 pairs I liked but didn't have my size which is probably a good thing since I already own a dozen pairs ...) . We got a fantastic deal in this store - advertised all over the windows, buy one pair... get two for free - that is 3 pairs of boots for the price of one!!!! I have been wanting a new pair of cowboy boots for years now, but couldn't really justify the expense so needless to say, I had to pull in here and find out. I had an AWESOME time shopping here!! I came in hoping to find a pair or two for rodeo season and I was not disappointed. Walked out with an adorable pair of Justin's and Ariat's for myself and an Ariat for my hubby. I was helped by Westly and he was AMAZING. This store gets a two based on selection which is good but pricing which is not. Tends to have more "off brands" than high end brands - one pair of lucchese boots in the whole store - didn't see any of the other brands - ariat etc. BUYER BEWARE - the buy one get two free isn't that great of a deal - you can get most of these boots online for 79-125 a pair - so do the math. When the boots are priced at $300+ a pair you are not getting a deal. Service is non existent. read more

What is Florida doing to us? Even Houston did not see us in boots!!! While driving we saw a huge billboard that said "Buy one, get two more free!" Hmmm... Three pair of boots for the price of one?? Let's check that out... So glad we did. Here's what we found: A SUPER CLEAN Store!! No dust. No dust bunnies. Squeaky clean bathroom. All the storage areas smelled great (clean). Big selection. Name brands. Then! Employees could not have been nicer. EVERY PERSON!!! Gina and Ramsha helped us. They were AWESOME!! They ran around looking for inventory and sizes. Helped with fit. Okay so second time going there this time i was able to buy boots, Again totally different staff, last time the staff was excellent and super helpful.and friendly (contrary to other reviews ive seen claiming poor service) this time again, it was dofderent staff but we were warmly greeted and the staff was excellent again. Very helpful! Boots are great quality, store is still very organised and neat (again another complaint ive seen in reviews but found it to be the opposite) we went with the 4 boot deal For $240 we got 2 pairs of mens boots (wolverines, harley davidsons) and a pair of cowgirl boots (ariat) and the 4 boot 50% off which were my toddlers boots. Great experience. Very impressed with the staff. Considering i could go to ariat or corral or luchese and get 1 pair for $200 and we walked out with 4 pairs for almos tthe same price, the proces really arent that bad! Sad excuse for a boot store. There buy one pair get two pairs free will draw you in but you'll be soon disappointed. There website and walls of the store promise a great selection of the major brand names (Justin, Ariat, Tony Llama, Double H) but once you go looking for those brands either they don't have them at the moment or they only have one pair on hand. They do have a lot of boots to offer it's just that there all low quality poorly built brands that no one has heard of. The salesman that "assisted" me had such a large dip of chewing tobacco in his mounts that I couldn't understand anything he was saying. I guess if you want a few cheap pairs for you and your girl friends to hit a concert this is the place. But if your a real cow boy or a real working man who wants a good quality boot that'll last, best you pass this place and go to Sheplers up the road. read more

Bought some boots here today only because I liked the boots. However young colored girl working their &black boy working in the back were making anti white racist remarks to my sons girlfriend. We talked to manager lady but I am far from confident anything will be done about it. Stor3 is poorly ran and employee helpers are very low class. Cannot recommend this store at all, owners &management has recently changed, and take it from me it is for the worse. read more

They have a great selection of boots for everyone. Some are pretty pricey but we got 3 pair of cowgirl boots for $200 which is the price of one pair from most other places. Parking was a bit of a chore and we ended up parking at the tennis store and walking across. The staff was around the store and available to answer questions but were not breathing down our necks. Sterling river were notably quality boots, in line with lucchese. I wanted leather soles(great for dancing). I bought 3 pair of sterling river, Brown and two red. I could have left, easily, with two more pairs but thought I should restrain. I love my boots for comfort quality and looks! I had attentive help, zeroing in on brands and styles I prefer. I was in a mad panic to get in and out quickly, I've been to other retail stores, and was gleeful at my success at Boot Factory Outlet! read more

My family just left the boot factory outlet. After spending an hour in there looking for boots we were unhappy with the customer service. We mentioned to the employee helping us that the pair of boots I liked they were very scuffed up and worn in. She told us "well we are an outlet store." We told her they looked like they had been returned. She told us they hadn't. We asked if she had any in the back. She told us no without looking. We asked her if there was anyway we could take some money off (they were $400) because I really loved them but they were not new boots and looked very worn. She told us no and turned around and took the boots away and walked off. She was very rude and unhelpful. She could have called another store. She could have looked in the back. She could have asked her manager. I'm very unhappy with our experience. read more

Well what more can you ask for 3 pairs of boots for the price of 1!!!!! ok maybe not top brands as some people have mentioned, but the quality is great and what do we know about brands of cowboy boots.....we are Brits lol. Only wish we could get comfortable leather boots here for the mad prices, they worked out at about £40 a pair. The sales help was awesome Shanna you did great job honey, keep up the good work. unfourtunatly we had to send back one pair. stitch undone or missed a stitch ..NO NO NO BUT wait. before you comment there was no problem. I spoke with Kate the manager who is so very nice. She said to send the boots back and they will send me another pair. The selection of boots you will just go crazyyyy. We have shopped at the Orlando, Florida & Pigeon Forge,TN stores for the past several years. We have purchased many different brands; Aritat, Durango, Rocky, Sterling River, Justin, and a couple of brands that I can't recall the name of right now. Both of these stores have a wide variety of styles and sizes and the quality is very good. When I try on boots anywhere, I take my own socks (I don't use the sheer footie socks because that's not the type of sock I wear when I wear boots) and I wear the boots around the store while I continue to shop to make sure the fit is good for me. I have NEVER had a problem with either store. You know right up front that there are no refunds, but they gladly exchange with proof of purchase, providing the boot is not damaged. I had lost my receipt one time and I pulled up my bank statement to show I had purchased and was able to exchange. Between getting boots for me, my 2 daughters, my daughter-in-law and granddaughters, I have purchased close to 90 pair of boots between these 2 stores. The key is to purchase either all a more expensive boots or all a less expensive boot for the buy 1 get 2 free to work well for you. Thanks to these stores I have 29 pairs of boots, giving me a wide variety of styles, brands and colors of boots in my closet to choose from. read more

My daughter priced out cowboy boots. My daughter is not a cowgirl nor do we live on a ranch so spending a large amount of money on boots made no sense. A friend suggested this store. This store is conveniently located off the FL turnpike and International drive. We enjoyed the large selection of boots, a fitting guide to get the best size and fit plus the helpful staff. We spent an enjoyable hour trying on different styles and finally settled on three pairs. I spent what I expected to pay for one pair of boots and received three pair. My rating of 4 stars is due to limited quantity in different sizes but we did not leave disappointed. read more
