Nice selection of boots, mostly work boots, hikers, and Uggs. A lot of American-made boots too. Not much of selection for cowboy boots, however. The store is laid out more like a traditional shoe store where you tell a salesperson which boot you want to try and he brings out the size for you. But, I found them to be very kind and patient. Overall the prices are comparable with Boot Barn. They have a nice selection of clearance boots. Definitely check this place out before settling on Boot Barn. read more

Great customer service! One of the girls there gave me all kinds of tips on looking for the right pair of uggs. She knew the trends, talked to me about the care of uggs, talked about sizing with uggs which usually is one size down from what you wear. She sold me the spray to keep my uggs in good condition. Overall, I didn't feel pressured, but felt like the salesman knew that I was getting the best for my money. I now have a tall pair of chocolate colored uggs and I'm very happy about them. I don't write a lot of reviews but this one is necessary. After visiting about 8 different shoe stores I walked into this one exhausted with little hope of finding anything. I suffer from Morton's Neuroma and need shoes that won't worsen my condition, which is almost impossible to find. I was immediately greeted by a consultant, I explained my condition and we started searching. Another consultant jumped in, very eager to help me find something I could wear. A third consultant helped me find just the right insole. I must have been there for almost 2 hours. They continued to help me on my search while helping other customers as well. Just had to get some work boots that will last a while instead of the good ole Payless brand. Talked with Valeria, she was kind enough to give me some help and advice. She took measurements of my feet(hadn't had that done since I was a kid!) and suggested some shoes. She then took measurements of the arch angle my foot has and suggested some high arch insoles which felt great but she also had second recommendations and I went with her advice because it was better! Great selection of boots! A bit pricy but it's worth the quality! However customer service sucks. Jon Beltran was the one who helped me on my first visit there. Not once did he smile or seem any type of friendly at all. I asked for his opinion on some boots and when I came to my final decision, he didn't seem happy at all. He kept trying to push me to buy a more expensive pair and kept asking why I chose not to. I don't know if they work on commission or what, but that doesn't give you a reason to be rude. I had to make a couple trips back to exchange for a different size, and yet again not one person smiled or acknowledged me. I felt like I got the cold shoulder, it's almost as if they were mad I had to return/exchange. Chance, the name of the second guy that helped me, was a bit nicer. And of course during my interaction with Chance, Jon Beltran butts in and asked why I'm returning. I did noticed Jon Beltran had an employee of the month plaque on the wall... Really?! Is that a joke? Because the interactions I've had with him were less than satisfactory. Anyways I love the selection and quality of the boots here! But the customer service and poor attitude of employees makes me not want to come back. read more

Went in to buy new shoes for work. I walked in & was greeted right away. I was given immediate service, even though the store was busy with weekend shoppers. It's always a great feeling to walk into a store & be helped right away. The girl who helped us was very knowledgable & not rushed. She took her time with us, helping with whatever we needed. She pulled many shoes with no hesitation. When I brought back one of the pairs of shoes I purchased, just because they didn't work for me, I got no grief at all. I was taken care of immediately. The excellent treatment we received on numerous days starts from the top down. The Manager has shown his employees how to give great customer service. I bought a work boot there and it turned out I couldn't wear it. After two weeks it chafed the skin off my ankle. Not the boot's fault. Not the ankle's fault. Certainly not the stores fault. I went back and explained my situation to Michael. He set me up with a better cut of shoe and refunded the difference. I rarely experience that high a level of customer service. I went in to Boot World Convoy Rd. Specifically to try on their line of KEEN steel toe work boots. My initial visit was pleasant and the young girl who helped me did a great job attending to me. she bought out 2 sizes of every boot i wanted to try and ultimately i settled on a pair of boots that cost close to $200. they were extremely comfortable, and for the price I figured would hold up atleast a year. I had previously wore the popular wolverine wedge cut steel toe work boots for the last 3-4 years, usually lasting about a year before they literally would fall apart. Six months into wearing my KEEN's I realized that the soles were delaminating and developing holes and peeling apart. I looked at the Keen website and they had a 1 year warranty, so i called the "authorized dealer" Boot World and explained my problem. They told me to bring them in and they would take a look at them. When I arrived and put my boots on the counter and explained how i called you guys and had been told to bring in my boots , all the sales associates looked at me like I was from outer space. I explained that KEEN warranteed their boots for 1 full year, and that they are an authorized dealer, I bought them from there & they should do the same. I got questioned like I was a scam artist trying to come up on some free boots, which was extremely belittling and rude. & Yes, I had a receipt! The store manager or asst. manager(im assuming) took my boots into the back along with another associate and after a few mins. of deliberating they came out and said they can give me $65 store credit in exchange for the boots. My jaw dropped, I then laughed, took my boots and said ill file a claim on the KEEN website. All that said, I placed a claim with KEEN and they honored it and gave me a brand new pair of boots, and keep my old ones. I will never shop at that boot world ever again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! People please AVOID this location, staff is extremely rude!! I had already been warned by a friend that these folks were bad, but geez never in my life have i ever experienced such a thing, so i took in my mom to take a look at the different kind of boots for work she was looking for, one girl approaches to us asking "what do you need", never did she mention "how can i help you" like someone would normally say!! Anyways my mother makes one request on a pair of boot and girl comes out with one boot looking like they had left it out in their backyard for 3 years, boot was ripped and faded, something i would've even been ashamed to even show a customer, i thought this is a joke, when i ask her to please bring another pair, she answer "this is the only one we have" and walks away, i said no thank you and took my mom out of there quick, very unprofessional and extremely rude service!!
