The setup is easy to navigate and the concept is unique. Blending pastries, coffee, cakes, cooking products, wine, breakfast, lunch and dinner into one space is magnificent. I loved my intimate dine in session ordering the avocado toast on sourdough bread with an over hard egg and an orange hot tea. It was the perfect blend and was the best avocado toast I ever had. My belly was far too full after brunch so I went to the bakery side after and bought a chocolate raspberry muffin (also the best muffin I've ever had), chocolate chip cookies (darn near ate them all in one setting) and poppyseed thumbprint cookies with a raspberry filling (jaw dropping). A couple of Mondays ago, I stopped in Fargo to run a few final errands before crossing over the border to return to Winnipeg. I wanted my last drink from Caribou Coffee. I saw a sugar-free passionfruit yuzu sparkling energy drink on the menu that I had never had. I went with it and got a large. At a quick glance, I noticed that this cafe had Milk cookies. I got a cornflake chocolate chip marshmallow cookie. When I pulled up to the window, I tapped my credit card to pay for my items. It didn't take long for my drink to be made. I also got my cookie. On the positive side, our server was friendly and did a good job. One of our orders was incorrect, but she quickly corrected it and brought out the right meal. Hopefully, this was simply a bad day for Randy's and not a sign of a decline in quality. We've enjoyed coming here for years, which is why this visit was particularly disappointing.
