They certainly were starting to run out of donuts but still had a great selection. I opted to get a few filled (cookies and cream, butterfinger), glazed (raised) and old fashioned. The filled were fine, however I've never been one for filled donuts so my judgement is not the best. I am a glazed (raised or cake), cake, and old fashioned type of donut gal. The old fashioned itself was ok but just way too sweet. Texture was nice but couldn't get any of the slight tang you want from a good old fashioned. Pretty sure it was just powdered sugar and water. I think a touch of lemon juice in the glaze would have made the flavor pop and using some egg white would help it set without needing that high ratio of sugar/liquid. It was worth a trip and if I was craving a donut it'd work but I probably wouldn't seek them out.
