I went In here not knowing what to expect because I've never been to an Eastern European food store but you all are missing out!! Even though this place wasn't huge like target or some co-ops in the area but it had everything you were looking for! Chocolates, honey, sweets, chips, sausages, Kvas. It was all here! The red October chocolate bar was for real one of the tastiest ones I've had. There's something to be said about chocolate that's made outside of America. It just tastes so different and this did not disappoint. They also had so much Kvas. This was the first time I've tried it, my wife suggested it since she has spent some time in Eastern Europe and I'm telling you, so not sleep on this. Dark rye Kvas is one of the best drinks I've ever had.

It feels like I have a piece of home to feel mentally emotionally routed again for a little bit of peace of mind with the food. Thank you so much for bringing different varieties of different brands and always great labels and very easy to understand and grateful to have staff that I can speak the same language and also great Assistance that they give each and every time very warm welcome and keeps me coming back! The little flags and the details around the label sign is so appreciated and helpful to know also the wall decorations and the display of different dairy products and freezer/refrigerated aisles are easy to find and take an open door slide doors open. Good easy access to a parking lot and easy on the address finding on the map.

    Yum, pickles!

Stopped by here for the first time today and was very impressed! I didnt know what a lot of it was, but I grabbed a bunch of stuff to try. I'm a pickle fanatic, and they have a huge variety of pickles. I was really excited about that. The lady that checked us out was very kind and helpful! Overall a great experience and can't wait to go back!

We were visiting Austin for the weekend and accidentally stopped by this place. We decided to go in out of curiosity, since neither of us are Russian/eastern european, but have always been interested in different cultures. And what a better way to explore different cultures than by food?? I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of foods they sold at this small store and we bought 2 bags full of goodies. I will definitely go back during my next visit to Austin to buy more stuff! Totally recommend this place for the curious souls out there :)

Ask the Community - Borderless European Market

I'm looking for a market that had ready made Olivet and beet salat?

We don't sell Oliver or Beet salad, but we can make it to order at our Brama Restaurant (need a couple of day in advance notice)

I'm having a tough time finding fresh (non-smoked) Kielbasa in Austin. Is this a product you carry?

Hello, unfortunately we don't carry non-cooked kielbasa yet..

A lot of the canned stuff, like different types of beans, isn't really any cheaper than what you'd find at places like H-E-B. Fruits and veggies looked pretty standard, but the prices were oddly higher than in regular grocery stores. They do carry some interesting sweets, and I always enjoy checking those out. Coffee, though, was more expensive compared to other international stores I've been to. What really stood out in a bad way was the attitude of the staff. No one was rude exactly, but they act like they don't really want to be there, and definitely not like they want you to be there either. Product-wise, no complaints. But the vibe from the people working there? Pretty unfriendly.

I opened it 3 days ago and look at mold all over the bread. Also it was all breaking apart which was a reason I could not make some veggie wraps. I bought it on 2/14 afternoon. There was a date on one exp in April and the other one did not have any date on a package. $10 for both went to trash. Sadly it's not the first time I get rotten or spoiled product. I would not recommend! Service is hit and miss . They treat Muslims better for sure. Not going to support such a business with poor customer service and poor quality.

Pretty big seafood area and meat. Walking to your far left side are all the kitchen toolware if you want to level up your kitchen game. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Always enjoy my time here at MT supermarket. They even have alcohol, dishes, candles, other houseware supplies, and some basic American products. Prices area generally competitive, some much better than others. My main complaint is that it can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to find one specific thing. The other issue is that so many items have mislabeled prices or none at all. This can be challenging when you're trying to stay in budget while faced with more options that you can imagine. Also, fresh prepared items don't necessarily have their ingredients listed which can be scary for less adventurous eaters. The store is generally easy to navigate even through some cluttered set ups.

But does it have the best selection of Asian specialty ingredients? Also no. Hana World Market is a gift to the neighborhood, despite all that. It's a convenient place to find affordable Korean, Chinese, and some Japanese goods without spending a whole day of it. They have a fabulous selection of kimchi, miso paste, tofu, noodles, tea, hot sauce, and more. I find find vegetables that few other places carry, like celtuce, pea leaves, and kabocha. Anytime I'm craving kimbop, I know I can hit up the freezer aisle and find tons of vegan options, way better than Trader Joe's. We were looking for a particular Deep brand sweet lime pickle. I asked a gentleman to find it for us. He looked for it & said it's out of stock. Two days later, as I just entered the store, he reached up to me and said, "the pickle you were looking for is here! " I was pleasantly taken aback! :)) for someone to even remember what the customer is looking for. That's paying attention to detail. Well done! His name is Mr. Santosh. I hope the store owners appreciate and recognize you!! Unless you are the owner... that's cool too! :)) The vegetables are all arranged well. Very fresh. They were continually checking if there's any rotten produce to be thrown away. The namkeens were all arranged well in a full section. The spices, lentils, organic stuff, grains, utensils etc. Everything is organized so well!! Very well lit aisles. All within reach. I am sure to visit again! :)) Enjoyed shopping here!

Their pav is usually fresh and soft. Best part once I was buying these and last at counter told me these last only 2-3 days which is very helpful and usually I've not seen this info provided by stores upfront. They also have good decoration and idols and usually you can find most of the stuff during festival celebration. Vipul kitchen is good for snacks, especially samosa. They also have small onion samosa. They do provide both green mint and red tamirand chutney with samosa. I've also done catering order for samosa and everyone loved it. It's crunchy and not so spicy. They can give you discount on bulk order and usually order is made on time. One time I placed order for 100 samosa one hour ago and they were able to manage it. I've tried vipul kitchen curry as well but didn't like it that much.
