    I love this food truck
    Alexis M.

I came here with my friend to try the only Puerto Rican food truck that we saw on TikTok. The truck is right next to the stew Leonards in east meadow with tons of parking. I'm so excited that there is a Puerto Rican food vendor in Nassau County because they aren't a lot of Puerto Ricans here. I was so happy to support and I'm glad i did. It was pretty busy that they give you a beeper to wait in the car. I ordered the boribowl and it was to die for. It was $16 and came with so much food. They are only open Thursday to Sunday evenings. I would definitely come back to try other food options. Please give this family owned Puerto Rican business a try in Nassau county!

Absolutely incredible!!! Real authentic Puerto Rican food. The service was super friendly!!! We got the tostones, jabarito, and Bori bowl and all I can say is WOW!! The flavors of these dishes are just beyond amazing!!! The roast pork of the bori bowl was so juicy and fresh, one of the best I've ever had! If you happen to drive by this truck do not hesitate to stop and grab some incredible food. You won't regret it!!! This is now our new favorite spot!!

Flavorful Puerto Rican cuisine that is a bit on the pricer side considering truck food but outstanding in terms of taste. Pernil was moist, sweet plantains were knock out and I wouldn't hesitate to have the Jibarito again. This is a meal that would have been more satisfying eating on the beach leading to more fruitful ambiance and experience, but for what it's worth a very good meal and everyone was happy with their choice.

Best Puerto Rican food truck on the island. Her menu changes every so often but whenever there is a new menu item you have to try it because she never disappoints. My top favorite items are everything. I can't even choose but if I had to pick the top one it would be the empanacos.

Different / Puerto Rican food choices from food truck Bori bits . I'm told the Mac cheese mix with waffle bits and maple syrup was delicious. This truck was at the new event at the St. Francis de Chantel in Wantagh. (See pix) Tip: want more really good food? Check out Joshua craft food truck In Levittown of Wantaugh Ave.

Came across this food truck on Instagram. Finally decided to try it out and it was worth it. Food was tasty and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful with trying to decide what to order. Definitely check them out.

The food is delicious and you get a lot of it. The truck is no longer on Front street but on N Wantagh avenue in Hicksville.

If you really think about it the Dominican food has taken over the Bx. I searched, and found this place. The moment you step in you are greeted with the warmest blessings. The 2 beautiful people that worked there made our time there so memorable. The food was out of this world let me tell you. Also, I will say it is AFFORDABLE. portion size was huge and the place was so CLEAN. Food: Pernil: 10/10 flavorful and tender Yellow (arroz con gandules) and Black rice with the beans: 10/10 both were good and couldn't even decide which one was better Pulpo 9/10 : fresh and tangy, cut into small pieces so you can top it on your rice Alcapurrias: 8/10 great and made differently then what I'm used to but it was sooo good I'd come again for this alone Juices: Ask them to try the juices and they will let you. We tried it all. Came home with passion fruit (parcha) and guyaba (guanabana) Delicious 10/10 It was so fresh and they don't add too much ice so you get all the juice taste. All in all I'm coming here from now on. A true BX staple for the community and a true essence of the Bori pride resides here. If you miss PR, come here.

Rice was the way I like it - soft, not too oily, flavorful. I will go back with my bf who was born and raised in PR to see what he thinks, but I'm already a fan. They also have a lot of variety so I plan on trying something new next time. The lady working there said that sometimes they make guanimes (some people call them guanimos) which I have never been able to find outside of PR. I hope I get to try them at this place. So glad I found this spot and recommend you all check it out.

It's an authentic, unapologetic Colombian staple where you can just head to the bar, grab a cold beer, watch the game, and get exactly what you came for. Food (4/5): Fantastic.
