That is not how a legitimate business operates. Blocking a customer instead of resolving a problem is cowardly, childish, and disrespectful. As an African American customer, the lack of courtesy and basic respect was extremely disappointing and noticeable. Businesses in our community should uplift and respect customers--not treat them like a problem for speaking up. This place does not value its customers, does not respect people's money, and clearly does not care about accountability.
