My daughter, who trains servers at a national chain restaurant said she noticed they only had 3 servers for the entire restaurant of around 3 dozen or so tables. The food was delicious and we were checked on several times during our meal. When the bill came, our server apologized and said they were a lot more crowded than expected and he gave us a discount on our meal, which was well-received and appreciated. My wife said she would be coming back because the food was great. She said she would make it soon because of the apology.
