Now I submit that the Company is a failure to please me and never launched my advertising campaign as promised last week. Ui feel I have overpaid for amateurs for amateurish product. I send number of emails and are ghosted. What a waste of money. I do not fully own my website. Owner of OSD is uncaring except what extea money they can aqueeze from a dupe like me. Frank Miller, Project Manager, admitted "We did pull your website" That is obvious because I have pending disputes through PayPal. He also stated, "we can withhold files since you did not pay for the website.

Picture this- I'm at work in Georgia, 2 days before Christmas, Far Better would be closed on the 24th, & 26th and I needed funeral programs printed, for a funeral on the 27th. A souped-up, 15-page booklet with pictures (not the flimsy 2-pager). I called Far Better on around 2PM on 12/23 to see if they could assist with this last-minute print job. My PDF was too big to send via email; my work firewall blocked the alternative Joe provided. He then suggested I share my Canva with him so he could retrieve it there. By the time Joe had my file, it was around 3:30 PM. He stayed on the phone with me to confirm in real time that he gained access to the file while still handling in-person clients I had no idea what type of binding I wanted but Joe walked me through the entire process reassuring me every step of the way, and he did not disappoint. And the cost...I was expecting to pay an arm & a leg but, to my surprise, they were BEYOND REASONABLE. About $400 less than what Staples quoted me for the exact same job. Really wanted to give these guys a good review but 2nd time using them, they added an extra logo…read moreinto our event poster/flyer without explicitly telling us they did it. An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.
