I googled another printer... I came upon Rolling Press, that was about 4 blocks away from Staples... the super nice gentleman at the front desk informed me that they had just announced that they were going out of business and couldn't take my order, BUT referred me to Save Mor Digital Printing, which was actually much closer to my house... I'm sad that I wasn't aware that they've been around for 35 years... not only was the customer service at both of these small, independent stores FAAAARRRR more superior than my 1st experience, the prices were less than half. He did exactly what I needed, plus it came out much nicer than I expected. Please visit local independent shops the next time you need a service. They do great professional work. You can work with them in person, which I did when I started. They have a wide variety of paper options and can talk you through them. Or online, which we now use for reorders. If there is anything fishy with your order, and I mean anything (one time there was a tiny dot in a field of solid color they asked if I wanted removed), they will immediately call and see how you want to proceed. You get updates every step of the process and you can pick up or have your order delivered which has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. Waiting over an hour without any accountability or customer support is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and poor communication made an already frustrating situation even worse. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and reliability. One thing I noticed is there have been a few occasions where I have sent wrong file sizes and instead of printing the wrong images at very low quality they will call me and let me know something is off and that id doesn't look right.
