At my first appointment in September, I was told just two hours before my scheduled time that someone else had double-booked my slot and asked to come later. I explained I couldn't due to work, but was told to come in anyway. Then, just 15 minutes before my appointment, while I was already on my way, I got another call saying they couldn't accommodate me and I would need to reschedule. When I finally showed up for my first service, their computer system was down, and I had to wait around 20 minutes before the technician proceeded. After the session, the system was still down, and I was told someone would call me the next day to schedule my second appointment. I provided my name, but no one ever followed up. I had to take the initiative myself and reach out in January just to schedule my second appointment. For my second visit, I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told they had no record of my appointment, forcing me to reschedule again. The recurring system and scheduling issues make me not even want to go back to finish my treatment. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

Hubby wanted me to get a second opinion to compare treatment info and pricing before making the decision to move forward. We went to Studio Esthetique and met with the owner, Vladimir and an RN, Jordan. Both were happy to answer any questions I had and concerns. The facility was very clean. My timing was so good because they were running a 50% off deal for the holidays! The other consult I had gone to was not offering that good of a deal. My husband surprised me and gifted me the cool sculpting treatments at Studio Esthetique. I had a great experience there, I did two sessions which is the recommended amount to start with. Jordan was in charge of me and did a great job making me comfortable and answering any questions during the treatment. We chatted it up and had some laughs! She is lovely! Vladimir made sure to be there my first treatment day to be certain all the applicators were perfectly positioned. There were extra precautions needed because I had an umbilical hernia surgery a few years back. There can be complications if the applicators are not properly positioned around the belly button. The front desk staff were very nice, as well as, accommodating! I mixed up one of my appointment dates and they were super understanding about it. They were still able to see me the same day I missed my appointment time. As for the cool sculpting results, it is still too soon for me to tell how well it is working for me. I had lip filler done…read morein the Scarsdale location several times over a couple of years but on my last visit their nurse who I had not seen before left me severely bruised all around my mouth. Not just black and blue in the lip area but in the deep plane area around my mouth. The filler eventually moved from my lip into the outer layers of my skin. Resulting in having to have it dissolved. When you have it dissolved: this includes "potential appearance of aging" and "shock when you look in the mirror" candidly addressing the very real risk of developing "divots and waviness," "hollowness," "wrinkling," and "sagging" after dissolving filler. And no I am not using my real name with this post.
