I feel Jack helped me a great deal and has made the game fun again. I now know what to work on to improve and generally have a reasonable idea of what I am doing wrong. Jack has a very nice approach and offers suggestions but does not try to completely change everything about your game right away. He works on every portion of the game from the driver to putter. The lessons were just what I needed. Jack's experience sets him above the rest and allows him to help any golfer regardless of level of play. If you want to play with better clubs that are suited to your game, see Brad. Anyway I bought a driver and set of irons 4-SW. Brad recommended 4 wedges for my game and they have been working out great. I went back this week to add a hydride and 3 wood. I love the feel of the KZG clubs. I was hitting each one a bit further then my own. My wife was with me watching the process. She is a golfer too. Brad suggested she hit a few balls with her clubs. She then hit some KZG 3 woods and hydrids. Brad gave her some valuable instruction on her swing. Here is the point of this review. At no time did Brad pressure her to buy clubs. In fact he suggested she use her current 3 wood more often and then in the future if she wanted to be fitted come back to see him. All that at no charge. Brad took at least 30 minutes out of his day for her. All I can say is Brad is a hell of a guy, an excellent player and will fit you for clubs you need. Thanks Brad!

On 9/5/2026, Katleyn reached out to me regarding a free week of workout classes, and I was specifically told that the week would be free of charge. I showed up for my class at 5:00 AM on 9/7/2026, only to be told that I would be charged because the promotion on the free week of workout classes had supposedly ended on 8/31/2026. After my workout, I spoke with Kristen, who told me that she would refund the charge and still honor the free week that I had originally been offered. Later, at 10:27 AM, Kristen called me and told me that they could no longer issue the refund. After going back and forth about the situation, Amy, the owner, got on the phone. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Amy yelled at me over the phone and repeatedly told me that no refund would be issued. What was most upsetting was a comment Amy made to me: "You don't go to Lululemon and negotiate prices. This isn't Tijuana." That comment was completely inappropriate, racist and discriminatory. There was absolutely no reason to bring Tijuana or ethnicity into a conversation about a gym promotion and a refund. Amy, here is some advice: 1)Never yell at a customer. It is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially coming from the owner of a business. 2)Keep racist or discriminatory comments out of customer interactions. There is simply no place for comments like that. 3)Make sure your employees have accurate information about promotions before contacting customers. I was contacted about a free week, showed up expecting the offer to be honored, and then received completely different information from different employees. I truly would not have written this review if the situation had simply been about a misunderstanding regarding a promotion. Mistakes happen. What made this situation much more serious was the way I was treated and, most importantly, the inappropriate comment made by the owner. Very disappointed with the way this was handled
