Located at QC road and Val Vista, Bosa is located on on the QC road side around the corner from Iron Courts-- Anyways if you need basic donuts i think you will be pleased there. I usually get 3 or 4 donut with donut holes and I'm under $10 each time. It's a great treat after the kids bball games, or for a treat on the weekends. I think know the employee other reviewers are talking about, I went in right before they closed one day and she just seemed exhausted. After a joke or two she was smiling away. Good selection but not fresh at 8:00am. Unfortunately this is the closest Bosa to my house. If I have time I'll drive to another one. Donuts yesterday or last night for sure. Most people can't tell the difference or don't care but I love a freshly made donut that morning. If you sign up to have a donut shop you sign up for early morning baking. read more

Best maple bar you will ever have. I love their donuts. They are always so fresh and unlike some "other places" whose donuts taste like oil, these most definitely do not. I pass by this Bosa Donuts everytime I take my son to practice, which is five times a day so I've stopped by here a few times. Okay, more than a few times. My son and I both share a love for donuts, so it's hard to turn down a trip to Bosa. We've only been here in the afternoon or at night. The selection is never a problem. Our favorite types are usually available. My son's favorite is a cake donut and mine is a yeast. The donuts taste great and the prices are unbeatable. We stopped in around 415pm Nov 29-24 Or so we had a coupon for a free donut so why not give it a try the employee was sitting in the customer area filing her nails. As we walked in we felt the annoyance from the employee filing her nails at the table as if we were interrupting her time. I get it who wants to be disturbed while filing their nails. She was not friendly at all to my daughter. Thank goodness she used tongs because she did not wash her hands. Hopefully the tong was washed at some point. It's a sad state in the customer service industry. I'm so glad the donut was free. I won't be spending my green here in the future. Brought my grandkiddos in for donuts and to bring a smile to their face for a day off (Good Friday - no school!) The gal was horrible in regards to customer service. Even my gkiddos asked what was wrong with her (they're 7 and 11). I explained that there may have been something going on in her life that we didn't know ... gee, like my daughter having cancer for the 5th time and I just lost my sister at the end of March but I still smiled. I love their donuts. However I found out that when you pay and leave a tip on the receipt the person who helped you don't get the money. It goes to the company. Great location! We went in specifically for the boba. Ordered 1 Thai Tea and 2 blended taro bobas. Paid for 2, thanks to a coupon I received in the mail. It was about 2:30pm when we got there and the place was packed with what I assume to be high school kids a block away. Donuts were fully stocked and ready to go. Right when i walked in there was this Asian lady staring at me and didn't even say anything until i asked her if i could use a coupon. I love going to bosa to get my favorite sandwich. A tuna sandwich on toast with everything except onions and jalapeños. However today when I ordered that all I was given is a tuna on croissant with only lettuce and tuna. I understand that the girl working today was new as that was obvious. The worker, who I believe was the owner, showed no customer service while interacting. Stopped in here because grandkids were craving a donut after school. Wow best donuts we have had in years. Kids got the white iced sprinkle donuts and we got a maple bar and twist. These donuts were extra large, fresh and melt in your mouth texture. The shop was very clean inside and out with friendly servers behind the counter. I'm assuming the lady that is always in there is the owner. My kids went in to get donuts and had a coupon for buy 1 dozen get 6 free. Once the lady knew that she had an attitude. Mind you this was with children since I wasn't there. They didn't have a lot of donuts in the cabinets so when it came to the 6 free ones the lady didn't let them pick which ones they wanted. She just put in the donuts that she had the most of (the donuts no one else wanted which is why there are more of them). The kids paid and she rudely said sign it then walked away. The kids said thank you and she ignored them. Learn manners. Don't have coupons out if you don't want to honor them. This place has consistently gone downhill. I won't give them anymore of my money. Nothing has really changed since my last review in 2014. It's still a donut shop that also does a few other things. I don't know what they do that makes their donuts better than most other places but they are better. Bosa is still my go-to shop when I want a donut. read more
