Food allergies aren't a trendy preference--they're a health risk. Please, train your staff better on milk alternatives and allergy safety. That section has been replaced with the Olive Mill's service bar. The retail shop has expanded - still the oils and vinegars that we know and love, but also other dry sundries like pasta, spices and seasonings. There's a little deli area with loaves of bread, focaccia, fresh cheese. And there's the spa merch - for soaps, balms, and the like. They still offer tours as well. The food is still outstanding. There is a lot of seating inside and out. But it does get VERY BUSY, so yes- during peak brunch hours it can be very hard to find a table. I don't go often enough, but love it every time I go.

Almost every time I come here, my drink is made incorrectly, even when I order something simple. It's frustrating to pay for a drink and have it taste different nearly every visit. The wait times are also much longer than they should be. I don't understand why the lines are always so backed up, especially considering there are Dutch Bros locations on practically every corner in the area. Even when the line doesn't look that long, it seems to take forever to get through. On top of that, the customer service hasn't been great. Most of the employees I've interacted with come across as rushed or unfriendly, and I've rarely felt welcomed. I understand everyone has busy days, but being polite and making customers feel appreciated goes a long way. I really enjoy Dutch Bros as a company, which is why I kept coming back hoping things would improve. Sadly, this location has been consistently disappointing with inaccurate drinks, long waits, and poor customer service. It was about 1:33 pm so maybe they had a rush? I am never that person who asks for no ice or light ice but goodness, look at this?? I went to the restroom while they made my drink and my friend noticed that there was a ton of liquid left in the container they made the drink in before they poured it. This is why I don't go to Starbucks often. This was $7... Also, 7 employees working. 3 people I. The lobby. Took quite a while to even be greeted. I understand we are all busy but what's the point in going to Starbucks anymore these days?
