I just love that Bosa will always have donuts and amazing variety throughout the day. A lot of other donut shops are completely out by the end of the day. We often stop by this location for a quick treat especially after a medical appointment. The donuts often taste fresh and are fairly priced. My kiddo's current favorite is the blue glazed donut with sprinkles. And it's really easy if you want to grab a box for the office or for the kiddo's classmates. Service has always been consistently excellent and fast! read more

Don't get drinks from here!!! I got 2 drinks one for me and my boyfriend and I live about 20 minutes away from this location when I got home my boba was soggy and stuck together I tried to come back the next day for a refund and was told that I couldn't have one so pretty much I paid for a drink and drove a total of 40 min for a nasty drink. read more

We stayed at a hotel nearby and came in to grab a breakfast sandwich. The donuts here are great and really fresh too. The coffee is also good. Everything was so good that even though we had free breakfast at our hotel we came here two days in a row! read more

I called ahead to order 13 dozen donut holes for my grandchildren's school. I was assured they had in stock and I asked if they could be prepared ahead of time. Once I arrived, the staff person informed me she miscounted, she called it a misunderstanding. I offered several solutions but was also in a hurry. One solution was cutting donuts into 1/4 pieces. She informed me she had to call her boss to determine what to use to cut the donut. I asked if I could have her place them in a box and I would cut them with a disposable knife. This is one of the better Bosa Donuts. We normally order Boba Smoothies and they do a good job here. Yeah, I know it's a donut place. Their donuts are good, too. I wish this place had a drive through. That is more convenient. The good side is if you go in, you're able to see them make the smoothies and if there is something not right, you can say. They are friendly here, as well. I would recommend. read more

We often drive out of our way for this location because the service is that good compared to other east valley franchises. The only downfall is the lack of drive-thru and the parking in front isn't as plentiful, but that's a minor inconvenience. My husband and I will usually just order donuts: bear claws, apple fritters, anything maple, or berry also. read more

DONUT BELIEVE THE MENU You may want to ask if it's the real price on the menu. I got Bamboozled on the price of the THAI ICED TEA BOBA. The staff, instead of owning up to it and honoring the price, they tried to make up a half-witted excuse why the price was more. The menu sign clearly says THAI ICED TEA BOBA- 16oz $3.79 When it rung up over $5. I asked why? The lady didn't seem too sure. And then said, "It was with boba so it's an additional $0.99", as she pointed to the pricing indicated for smooties above the Thai Tea sign. I felt slighted in this interaction like I was dumb enough to believe the menu was not wrong. It's not a lot of money but it's the PRINCIPLE and I hate when businesses try to lie or trick customers, or justify something that's their fault. The lady proceeded to say she will let the owners know about the mix up. We shall see about that. Not returning until then read more

When I first moved to AZ everyone raved about Bosa so I went to try it. I've had it a few times now and each time it lets me down. For the price and hype I'd rather go somewhere else like Krispy Kreme or a local shop. read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered a glazed old fashion and warmed up ham & cheese croissant. The lady "helping" me, asked again while standing in front of case w/croissants if I wanted ham&cheese with or without jalapeno. I replied with just ham&cheese, please. To which she put a croissant in a bag and threw down on counter. Then went to donut case and asked if I wanted a maple or chocolate covered old fashion, to which I answered - just a plain glazed old fashion. She placed a donut in a bag, tossed on the counter. Then abruptly turned around and walked to the back. I don't know if it is their regular practice to collect payment on the order before putting it together (I was only customer there at the time - Sunday @7:45am) but please, at least get the order right. Especially since you are asking the customer to repeat their order again. Ended up with a plain, not glazed old fashion & a croissant with ham, cheese & jalapeno that I had to ask a different to please warm up. Hope you enjoy the 15% tip because it is the last of my money that I will spend at your establishment. This could also be the reason for a lack of customers at what is typically a busy time of day for donut shops. read more

Donuts are always really good, but the customer service is not great at all. For a dozen donut holes is $1.99 but half a dozen is $1.59. No one tells you that if you order a half a dozen holes, they will charge you the price of one donut instead of half the price of a dozen holes. Terrible customer service. They should let it be known if you order half, the price isn't what you think. Very disappointed in the customer service and I have been coming here several years. read more

Not the best bosa in the area. If I have time I'll usually drive to the one in Williams field and higley even tho I literally live behind the store. I've learned to never buy any filled donuts as they are never cooked all the way through. This is an apple filled one I bought the other day. I bake so I know this isn't the filling. read more

I love Bosa! I had a donut wall at my wedding and needed to order 7 dozen for the big day. I gave them a call and they told me to call back a day or two before the wedding with the desired flavors and quantity. I did just that! I ordered and paid over the phone and gave them the name of the person who would be picking up, as well as a time. It all went without a hitch! Donuts 24/7?! Ahhhh yes please! I was so excited to find out that this place was open late night. I picked up a few of my friends and made the drive on over. We were in search of donut holes and we we were glad to see this location was loaded with them. We arrived a little past 11pm and there was a few other customers still there. The employee quickly came on out and waited there until we were ready to order. We ordered a half a dozen donuts, a strawberry peach boba smoothie, and some donut holes. The donuts were soo good and tasted freshly made. They were not at all crusty and definitely not dry. The smoothie on the other hand was way tooo sweet for us and we ended up throwing it away. The menu is pretty big and they had signs everywhere and things posted all over. We found it a bit overwhelming. Overall our experience was great and the donuts were good, we will definitely be back. read more

And when we pay with a plastic, and leave a tip on the receipt, employees do not get it? then who gets it? I will now continue handing the cash tip to the employees. Asian lady is very rude . She is short and middle age lady who would not listen what we want and did not get the order right. Had to repeat the order few times and yet she was not getting it right. She started to yell "what else ..what else in very rude way . She was very distracted and did not get us the donuts holes as we requested. Love the Jalapeno and Ham croissants! Staff is also friendly and welcoming. It's your normal donut shop atmosphere that they keep fairly clean. Just wish they offered a filled Long John with the Vanilla cream. read more

There were flies flying on the donuts and the staff seemed to think it was acceptable. She shooed a fly with the tongs and kept grabbing more donuts without cleaning the tongs or getting rid of the donut it landed on. We changed our mind and walked out after the young lady laughed at us! They need a cover/ enclosed container for the donuts and they need to train their staff - no customer service and GROSS! read more

So my fellow Filipina friend has been telling me about this place (Bosa) well, who doesn't love donuts right? oh I love them! it's my childhood favorite. So when she told me to give it a try, because according to her "IT'S THE BEST DONUTS EVER!" So I did try them! We're in Mesa to visit with my inlaws for the weekend, I've been looking for the closest Bosa, so we found this one. I got ALL the flavors I like, and my friend was right! They were sooo divinely mouthwatering good!!! And oh I love the idea that they other stuff too like sandwiches and smoothies! Very smart! Good business! So of course I grabbed my favorite 'taro boba'. Yummyness!!! Their staffs are very kind and friendly! Bon was the one who served us and he was excellent!!! Keep it up! We will be back! ^_^ read more

We always order these through DD in the morning and they arrive fresh and very quickly consistently. You guys will continue to get our business! They have an excellent (almost too much) selection with good prices. If you don't want to select your particular donuts you can just order the standard mixed box and you'll get a good mix of sugary treats. My favorites are the apple fritter and the old fashioned. Sign up for their rewards program to get discounts and promotions, even though you have to buy quite a bit to get anything and the points expire. Compared to non-Asian bakeries, everything is a much more reasonable price overall. A few tables are available, though I can imagine it being crowded. Still would love to get an 85c closer to home!

Prices an extremely reasonable and food is delicious.

It's fairly small inside with a small glass case on the side with cookies and one main one filled with both sweet and savory options. There were also a few loaves of bread on the counter. Everything looked great, but it was a such a warm day so my mom and I opted for something light. The Coffee Cake was indeed as light and airy as it looked. The cake layers tasted like a sponge cake with slightly dry edges (a little over-baked). I think the espresso layers were mousse and not too sweet. It was topped with a chocolate covered espresso bean that was tasty as well. Overall it was a nice afternoon treat. I would like to go back sometime and try their Japanese cheesecake, and their raisin bread loaf too.

You can also order a whole cake, but I would assume you'd have to place that order in advance. Prices seem fair, the service is fast and friendly, and the shop is clean. They don't have any tables inside, so it's a grab-and-go kind of place. It's located in a corner strip mall with decent parking. I would come back again, and when I do, I'm getting a slice of cheesecake!! =)

Consist of a yellow tinted batter with the same flavor across several verities, and not the greatest flavor or their lack of. Now if you try it hot and fresh any baked good will be delicious! But the next day it's hard and dry. Personally the only real good bread here are the empanadas and the filled bolillos. All other bread is just eh! Now, for tasty pan dulce try panaderia los jarochos in Phx. The conchitas here will last you days soft and moist. Granted, They have limited selection BUT I think that's why the quality is better.
