When the place first opened and probably sold more donuts they were pretty good and soft and fresh even in the afternoon. How that is rare and they are pretty dry as soon as you get them. But that is not my problem my problem is the service here I have never had a good experience here The handful of times I've come. The short haired older woman is my final straw. So I'm no pig, I'm not horking down donuts every day so I am not an EXPERT. I was literally just trying to order from the little pics and the names (an order my sister had asked me to pick up for her). I don't know why that was so hard for this person but she wanted to school me on what donut is what and tell me "we dont have that". Ooooh the TONE of this girl. I am 100% if the time so nice to food and service industry because I used to work at a bagel place. Today I tried Bosa Donuts. I used the drive-through, and I ordered off the display board. All items offered inside have a photo that coincides with the item you will order. The font size is large enough to read and the spacing and color is nice. They do offer breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and smoothies. I focused my attention on the donut section. They offer dozens and half dozen boxes. I did not order a dozen I selected three specialty donuts. A bear claw, large cinnamon roll, and butterfly donut. These donuts were huge! I picked the bear claw to eat and would save the other two to have during the week. The bear claw was tasty, dough was soft, and the glazed sugar was flaky and not too thick. When you reached the apple filling inside it was perfectly stuffed and not too sweet. I believe this is a good place to stop in and share a specialty donut with a friend after a morning run or take one home to enjoy on your own, but I suggest for you to pace yourself because they are big and filling. read more

This is near my office, so I wanted to try this instead of the usual Dunkin. The donuts were great. The space is very clean and the staff are generally efficient. The drinks were too sweet and the boba texture didn't seem right. I will come back for donuts though. The prices are reasonable. Parking is easy and the space is accessible. read more

I walked in Friday morning and was served immediately, which was nice. Good selection of donuts. I bought these for my son and friends and of course I ended up eating way too many, but that's a different story....the donuts are yummy! Used a coupon to get free 1/2 dozen with purchase of a dozen, so a bit of savings there. Almost $20 a dozen, but I like to support local businesses and especially new ones to our area. Think I even added a tip onto the amount. Really my only gripe was that the woman who served me didn't thank me for coming, my business, or anything. Delicious donuts and breakfast sandwiches. So glad they're now in Tucson, I also enjoy their coffee in the mornings. OMG. This place is sooooo good. My family went there without much expectation, but once we saw the display of donuts, we were pumped. Although there weren't any customers at the store, the store was busy with drive through. When it was our turn, the lady gave us few extra donuts to try! We got a dozen donuts and a cup of coffee. The donuts were beyond expectations. It was very delicious. The next day, the donuts weren't as good as the day of, but if you microwave it for 10 seconds, its as good as the first day. Had the apple fritter, white chocolate caramel, and the egg, sausage, cheese croissant! It was bomb!!! Flavors in the coffee was great. It was super hot. The sandwich was great. I had seen a feature on Food Insider that said these were the best donuts in Arizona, but at the time they were only in the Phoenix area. Recently I heard they were coming to Tucson and got excited. Finally I got the chance to try them. They're not bad donuts, but I didn't find anything outstanding about them. The selection is pretty basic, with teas and other drinks available too. There are definitely better donuts around, including gourmet donuts and ones that are more outside of the box when it comes to flavors and toppings. read more
