Once we got there, we waited in the line for security. There were two staff members with metal detectors which is super appreciated, always love feeling secure in a big crowd. When you initially walk in, there's a huge sitting room with a bar before the actual venue. Tons of seating and it's a good place to chill before an event starts, or during if you need a break. We got a drink and headed in. It's spacious with a decent amount of standing room in front of the stage. There are several booths and vip areas for bottle service. We're not huge on massive crowds/ feeling elbow to elbow, so we stood in the back which was totally fine for us. Good standing room where everyone can still see. Sound quality and lights are great- this is probably one of the closest Vegas vibes you can get in the Lou. Servers, bartenders, security, staff were all kind and accommodating. It was wildly clean!! It was super busy and took a bit to get a drink. We had a lot of fun and I'd for sure come back if a concert struck my interest.

The bathrooms are so nice, and they have plenty of seating to chill before the show or take a break. Drinks from the bar were about $10 each for a basic rum and coke or vodka soda. Bartenders were nice and quick. I do wish the dance floor was bigger. Unless you rent a booth inside, there's not really any place out of the way to watch. And due to the amount of people on the dance floor, expect drinks to be spilled on you and the floor to be sticky. I wouldn't wear any shoes that are too nice and wish I would've thought of that before going. Still a good experience, though!

We ended up at Bar Louie, more casual than the other, but we got right in. We knew fairly soon that they were short staffed in the front and in the kitchen, so we just made the most of our time together and rolled with it! The soft drinks got goofed up, but our server remedied it for us. The red sangria had a good flavor, but there was too much ice and not enough wine. The raspberry martini was refreshing, The food was good, especially the cheese curds and wing apps. The breading on the curds was delicious. Our mains were: Steak Frites (steak cooked a bit under but edible), the New Orleans chicken and shrimp pasta (spicy and tasty), the chicken club sandwich (good), fish and chips (tasty, but the fish was a bit on the greasy side ) and finally, the cheeseburger (tasty, except there wasn't supposed to be sauce and there was (but not too much to send it back). Our server did the best she could under the circumstances. The restroom was not in the best order and the dining areas needed attention, as well. The manager was bussing tables, so I think they were all doing the best that they could.

When we got there, they told us the kitchen was closed. It literally is advertised as open the whole time so we were pretty annoyed because that happened and we could have planned differently if we would have known. The food at lunch was good even if it took forever to come out - we got there around noon and didn't eat until about 1pm. Can't rate dinner because they closed the dining early on us ‍

Let's start with what completely blew me away: the dessert. I'm not even a dessert person, but the toffee cake with ice cream was hands down the best restaurant dessert I've ever had. Absolutely unbelievable. I could've eaten three more. I already can't wait to come back, and honestly, I'd come back just for that dessert. Our sever asked us if we wanted to lick the plate LOL. By the way she was great. Now, the wings. The 5-wing basket with waffle fries is one of the best values I've seen in a long time. The Buffalo wings were fantastic, perfectly cooked with great flavor. The wrap was also excellent--it comes pressed like a panini, which takes it to another level. And those waffle fries... get the Memphis seasoning. The rub is ridiculously good. You can even get that same seasoning on the wings, and it's a game changer. Between the food, portions, prices, and atmosphere, this place absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. I came in expecting a good sports bar and left wondering how this isn't one of the most talked-about spots around. I'll definitely be back.

We were there tonight and ordered salads with a hard boiled egg, something we do often. The salads came out with no egg. My wife mentioned it, so the server goes to the kitchen to rectify and brings my wife a hard boiled egg still in the shell!! All we could do is laugh. Also staff need to look UP and dust the ceiling fans, and ceiling as a whole. Very large dust bunnies right above people's food... not appetizing. Big A's has been a longtime favorite... please bring back the quality, cleanliness, and service standards you have been known for.
