I really don't recommend this shop at all. I originally brought my car here for a realignment then it turned into needing the breaks done, to needing a new ball joint to my steering column being broken. I ended up having my car parked for 3 months thinking I needed a new steering rack not sure what I wanted to do with me car. It was one thing after another that I needed when I brought my car here. Finally I decided to bring my car into another place recently that is very reputable and there was nothing wrong with my car besides it needing a tune up and a oil change. That was very upsetting to find out my car was fine to drive besides those small things. To top it off I don't even think they realigned my car, just charged me for it because after I had the tune up done I had to get another realignment done. I feel like they just juice you for what they can here. read more

So I took my car here because I was having fuel related issues on my bmw. Was told I had a bad fuel pump and fried wires and that after they got the parts would only be 3 hours or so of labor. Two and a half weeks later I am called and told to come get my car payed them $1400 of my hard earned money just for my car to be more screwed up then when I brought it in. So now after loosing $1400 I am going to have to take more time off of work and loose more money to try and have it actually fixed. Not only will my car only let me fill it up to a half tank my fuel gauge sensor doesn't work now and they also lied to me and said I must of had someone else work on it and they messed it up witch is completely false DONT GO HERE read more

No need to shop around any further; this is the place to go for auto repair. Our car broke down outside of the shop and it was a blessing in disguise as these folks did an honest and professional job for a very fair price. They also completed the job in record time. Service was prompt and friendly, and after I discovered transmission fluid was leaking from one car when we got home, they apologized and got me back in right away to correct the issue. Parking lot is tight and there's no night drop (fenced lot), but they have a nice waiting area and their lobby shows how involved they are in supporting the local community. Larsen's took the time to actually inspect everything and gave me a much more accurate picture. They confirmed the rear brakes were still in good shape (around 10mm), the control arm bushings were fine, and none of that additional work was needed right now. That kind of honesty is rare. They previously handled my front brake service, and everything was done right, no issues since. This time they also completed an alignment and oil service, both at fair prices. Mark was especially helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained what was actually needed versus what could wait, and didn't try to upsell anything. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed. Bonus points to him since he's a fellow Atlanta Braves fan! They won't nickel and dime you here- they will be honest about the work you need, and won't tell you unnecessary work needs to be done if it doesn't, and give you a fair and honest price.
