I contacted Joshua, and he texted me back saying the text he sent me in the morning must not have gone through, and he will need to reschedule for another day. Still wanting to work with him, we asked Joshua to pick a new day and time for the next appointment. The same thing happened the second time around leaving the customer waiting, only this time he stopped responding to calls and messages. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews about businesses, but to no-show twice is not acceptable.
