Once the project began Matt Fitzrandolph took over the on-site management and was incredible throughout the process taking the time to tend to every detail and keep us informed. Both he and Erik were incredibly responsive to questions throughout the entire project and it was clear that they had thoroughly vetted their subcontractors, all of whom did exceptional work and were equally professional. The final product of the remodel was everything we could have hoped for and has positioned our business for our next chapter. We couldn't be happier! I offer Melton Design Build my highest accolades and would eagerly recommend them to anyone looking for custom design and build for their business or home.

Instead of parking responsibly near their job site, they repeatedly block neighbors' driveways--sometimes up to five trucks at once. They leave junk scattered all over the neighborhood and have blocked elderly and disabled neighbors from reasonable access to their homes. When asked politely to move their vehicles, they respond with mockery rather than respect. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before hiring this company.

Brad's a shady person, and the longer you talk to him the more you'll pick up on that. I promise you that he's just giving more lies on top of lies with his "response". He told me verbally in person when he was at my house a completely different price than he is now saying. He's a straight up liar. There is no misunderstanding, there is no miscommunication, he 100% told me $1500 for the wall repairs. Period. I vividly and specifically remember this. Here's some more details (because I HATE liars): Originally, I ONLY had Brad come by to give an estimate on repairing the wall damages. That is it. He said $1500 for the walls to be repaired. Then, I told him there might be mold in the basement and he immediately went into salesman mode. Saying how they have this new technology for mold removal and how he prides himself on having the lowest cost for mold removal and blah blah blah. He went on to say that most places charge thousands of dollars for that work, but he only charges $1000, and he would give me a discount on it at $750 for the mold removal. So we agreed and even shook hands on it (as he was just about to leave) that the total would be $2250 for the mold removal and wall repairs, and he said they could get it all done in a day or 2. This is important to remember because in the end he refused to do even just that work. Then, b4 he left, I was feeling good based on how he was talking to me and the price he gave me so I thought to have him look at some other work we need done. I showed him 4 interior doors that we want replaced with solid core doors, and some kitchen drawers/cabinets that need repairs. He looked and said that doors are $150 for labor plus the cost of parts (that was the only consistent part in the formal estimate). He didn't give an exact price for the kitchen repairs, but he did specifically state that he could get ALL of the work done (walls, mold, doors, kitchen) and keep the cost under $4000. Then I waited for him to send me the formal estimate, which listed walls at $3000. Just to show you another example of a red flag discrepancy in his pricing, the cost for mold removal was only $300 in the formal estimate. If you recall, I mentioned earlier that when he was at the house he said it's normally $1000 but he would be so generous to give me a discount at $750 for the mold removal. If his pricing had ANY kind of consistency he would have either: A. Told me while he was at the home that the price for mold would be $300, or B. Listed the cost of mold removal in the formal estimate at $750. To this day he still hasn't explained that single price discrepancy alone, let alone the others. However, clearly, Brad is NOT a man of his word, and anything that he tells you verbally means absolutely nothing, and he will just change the price on you all Willy nilly as he sees fit. And that's why I wasn't able to hire him, because I caught him trying to scam me and pull the ol' switcheroo on me. So he gives this new price of $3550 for ONLY the walls and doors. With him promising the walls for $1500, just do the math thats over $2,000 just for the doors. So with $600 for labor, that means parts would be $1450. This still just seemed like way too much for the doors seeing as anyone can get them for $200/door...so I asked if he could do the walls and doors for $2100 ($1500/walls + 4x$150/doors) as long as I provided the materials. So that is exactly when he said he wasn't interested in my project anymore. It wasn't "no I stick by my pricing and here's why..." it was "I'm no longer interested". I mean, how much more obvious does it need to be that this jerk was trying to scam me and was just mad that I wasn't falling for his BS. I was NOT out of line in any way for asking him to do the walls and doors for $2100 if I provided the parts (based on his pricing in his formal estimate). Remember, he originally came by to quote ONLY the wall repairs......he had absolutely NO reason to withdraw his interest in my job. He tried weasel his way around it to make it seem like he was honoring the original price when he really wasn't, and the way he did that was SO dishonest. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LIAR. The fact he's trying to defend his actions just adds to his level of dishonesty. If it came down to it I would even testify in a court of law that what I am saying is really what happened. I'm not the kind of person to just make something like this up. You can check all of my other reviews, they are all 100% legit. He's got some nerve to just dismiss what I'm saying as if it's just how I "feel". No. This isn't simply "how I feel", what I'm saying is literally what happened.  No joke, no exaggeration, no misunderstanding, no BS (other than Brad's). The fact that Brad is trying to spin this the way he is, is so incredibly offensive and disrespectful to me, and it just proves what pure scum he is.

Five stars doesn't even cover it…read more This is the second time I've worked with William Frates at Elements Painting &somehow the experience was even better than the first--ten years later. That alone says a lot. This was not a small job. We're talking full interior refresh: walls, trim, doors, cabinets--floor to ceiling, everything. And from start to finish, William and his crew were exceptional. They showed up on time every single day (sometimes early... and politely waited outside until it was time to come in). Professional, kind, respectful--every interaction. They even took their shoes off without being asked. That level of care matters. They worked fast, but never sloppy. Clean, organized, detail-oriented. And when I say they put everything back exactly as it was--I mean it. Which is saying something, because I didn't exactly make that easy on them. The end result? Better than I expected. And my expectations are not low. William runs a tight ship, and it shows in every corner of the work. Do not hire Paramount Remodeling Company if you want your remodel to look nice, be finished on…read moretime, or not be charged for their mistakes at the end of the project. We had Paramount Remodeling Company do a full remodel on our kitchen, dining room, and living room. Issues that we had throughout the project: - They ordered the wrong kitchen cabinets, including a) not ordering enough length to allow us to put 2 barstools across one edge of the counter as we'd planned, and b) not ordering a lazy susan cupboard for the blind corner cabinet. They did not apologize, give a refund, or offer to purchase an after-market lazy susan-type pullout. Now I have to physically climb into the cabinet any time I need to get something out of the back of the cabinet. - They left large gouges and scratches all over the kitchen cabinets. - They ordered our white backsplash tiles from two die lots, and intermingled the two. They wanted to charge us extra to redo the backsplash all from a single die lot. While they ultimately didn't charge us for the labor, we did have to pay for a second batch of tile all in the same die lot. - They painted all of the walls without wiping them down, and after putting the wrong texture on them. There was hair, pine needles, rocks, wall mounts, nails, staples, and all sorts of things painted into the wall. We had to pay extra to get them to do another pass. - They did a terrible masking tape job on all of the places where the walls meet the floor boards, ceilings, etc. They had to do a second pass, and even still the lines are not neat. - It took them two weeks to finish the "touchups". Most days during that time they only showed up for about two hours in the afternoon, if they bothered to show up at all. The project ended up taking about 6 weeks longer to finish than it was supposed to, which is not including the two month stop-work order that the city put on our project due to issues with the bathroom remodel done by a different company that was not Paramount's fault. I've owned two other houses where I've done largescale remodels. This was by far the worst, which is saying something since on one of those other projects the project manager ended up having to stop working on the project and literally almost died because he had a lung collapse and kidney or liver failure.

Their assignment was to paint the entire exterior of a vinyl sided town home and to stain paint my 1st floor bricks. The gentleman who did the stain painting was a bit worried I would hate the look, he wasn't used to painting with the brick showing through the finished job. It was exactly as I wanted and I'm very happy with IGH's attention to my dream.

As a result I asked for a quote to stain our privacy fence and paint conduit for our Mitsubishi a/c units on the second story of our house (they ran the piping on the outside to four areas of the house and the big conduit (Vinyl plastic material about 6" in width and more like a pipe) was a different color. We had them paint it match the siding color and the trim areas. It turned out beautiful. The pricing was fair and reasonable. More importantly the job was started and completed quickly. The communication was great, with Karla keeping me updated as to start dates and final review inspection.
