The did a great job of prepping the house. Scrapping where needed. Great job caulking nails and any joints and cracks. Primed where ever any bare wood was exposed from weathering and scrapping. We did a complete color change and the result was amazing. They use a good quality paint with Sherwin-Williams. I would highly recommend Xtreme Painting for your house paint projects.

The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

In addition he was able to have a great drywall professional come and patch some very large holes in the wall, and quote out a basement project. He even had some flooring recommendations, (yup, this was a gut project). They are more than just paint, they are pretty much full service. Josh who provided the initial estimate made good recommendation regarding paint sheen for the different surface types, and asked several questions about things I had not even thought of such as front and back colors for doors.. While we were only using three colors, due to the different sheens for concrete walls, wallboard, and door trim, we ended up with 7 different paints. Scheduling was easy and they helped accommodate our availability. When the painters came in to do the work they were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand which paints were to be used where. They did an excellent job; multiple coats of paint for rooms that went from dark gray to a neutral taupe and caulked the floorboards where necessary and filled in scrapes and picture holes where we needed it. They really impressed us on their work and communication. For this project they put a flat coat texture on the drywall, then painted the entire house, and did some detailed work on some nice doors. I would highly recommend skipping Paint Denver for any painting project. They started off fine. Met…read morethe sales rep the first time, they worked a bid and I noticed some things were missing so I called them back a second time to walk the job to ensure thorough communication. The second bid still had some details missing so I called the rep back to clarify some points. That was my first mistake, to think they would keep their word outside of what was written in their "contract " (in quotes because as a legal document, it is horribly written. First day of work comes around and they are obviously rushing the job. I let it slide because overall the crew seems competent, minus maybe the lead who answers every question with "that is not in the contract" for everything, including things obviously in the contract. The first error is painting a room the wrong color, "it's not in the contract!" Gabino says. Turns out it is. Day two and they are "done". I look around and they filled no holes and did zero sanding "It's not in the contract!" Gabino says. Turns out it is.. He calls a manager, gets told to do it and he himself comes back to fix it and give a second coat of paint on a room they completely missed. This second coat ends up looking worse than the first coat somehow as he tries to freehand the transition lines and messes it up badly, and still manages to completely miss one wall of the room they previously already missed. Obviously Gabino has better things to do than your job. Called manager and they come out to acknowledge this is their responsibility and then radio silence for a week. Finally the owner/"Chief Promise Keeper" calls me back condescending and not taking any responsibility for the botched job. I haven't mentioned yet how they did not use the paint grade that was agreed upon verbally multiple times. His resolution is "that sucks, these things happen". When somebody tells you who they are, believe them the first time. If you have to tell people you are a promise keeper, it's more than likely because you in fact are not. Steer clear and look elsewhere. Plenty of other quality painters out there to choose from. The owner also tried to bribe me not to write a review in exchange for them fixing their mistakes. Avoid avoid avoid.

We needed all the painting done with in a week before move in. The quality of work was top notch. Eduardo was so careful with taping and prepping. The work was completed with ZERO issues.
