Just a warning: They may not have specialty cuts, as this is not a huge shop, and this is a small town. They didn't have skirt steak (which is what I was hoping for) because they don't sell enough of it, which is understandable. But if you want a steak, they do have NY strips when they aren't sold out, flank steak, rounds, and more. That aside, the folks behind the counter are super nice, and Grandma's Mac Salad is a must.
