After waiting 28 minutes and using the app three times to notify them I was still waiting, I went inside. I was told that the app doesn't notify the store of anything and that I was supposed to have called them. First of all, it worked the first time I placed an online order at this store, second, the level of disdain that this was said with was ridiculous! Even when the store is empty the staff can't be bothered. Moving all of my purchases to a local store instead.

This is one of the reasons that I drive an extra 45 minutes each day to bring my dog to the Dog Stop in Rowley, while I'm at work.
