I call the store, and Mario comes thru to my residence after hours, gives me a new cut on the spot, while giving the car battery a jump in the process (all free of charge of course). I called and spoke with Boston car keys and they gave me a verbal quote for a replacement key, they told me they'd need to order the remote fob. later the next week, I called ready to start the process, was told when they answered it was good Friday. He would return my call in Saturday. Saturday came no return phone call. I left another message, late Saturday. No return phone call, left a second message on Monday and a third on Tuesday. Car key worked for less than 6 months Called to ask if they would replace it and the guy very rudely told me it's my problem to figure out and suggested I try an auto store and if I want them to look at the key I need to travel to their store in east Boston to have it done. Service took 2 men 2 hours. I paid $225 for 1 key with transponder inside of it. I did not need to buy a clicker because I had a spare clicker. I was quoted $65 each for a copy of key with transponder or a copy of clicker. I called on a Friday evening at 6pm. They were at my place in everett the same night by 7:20pm. They left at 9:20pm. I forgot to mention the yelp discount. Whatever, I haven't had the use of my car in one week. The gentleman I spoke with was super nice and professional.
