This place was chaotic in the most wonderful way. We walked in on a Sunday early afternoon and it was packed so packed that we walked the whole restaurant twice and couldn't find anywhere to sit. We ended up getting our coffee to go and it was absolutely amazing.-I love the combination that they had perfect balance & taste. It was perfection. Even though we couldn't sit, it was definitely worth the drive as we walked around downtown to land and explored some of the local businesses which I think was actually a win while we were doing that we kept seeing everyone else with Boston coffeehouse cups, so that just tells me that everyone knew that that was the place to go and you should go to. They have a great parking lot right next to the building so you don't have to worry about street parking. Adequately priced drinks and we even got a huge cookie to split and it was less than five bucks.

Boston Coffee House in Deland is a delightful surprise for anyone who cannot resist a spur of the moment day trip by train. That giant brass kettle outside the old brick building practically waved me in like a coffee siren, and I was immediately hooked. A helpful sign above the register told me the counter is for to-go orders and that I could grab any seat for dine-in, so I settled into a cozy little nook in the back. I was drawn to the Iced Green Monsta Mint coffee, which they sell by the espresso shot (1 shot is the small, 2 shots is the medium, and so on) and wow did it live up everything I was craving for the morning. Then I went for a chipotle breakfast sandwich with roast beef, which was flavorful and packed with egg, though I kept wishing it had something to help fill the empty space on the plate like breakfast potatoes or fruit. My only gripe is that the entire visit took about an hour and a half, mostly because my server appeared less frequently than my train up from Orlando. By the time I got my check, I was wondering if I should just hold out for dinner. Still, the ambiance was pleasant, the coffee was tasty, and the food was worth a try if you have time to spare. I would absolutely come back, but probably not when I am on a tight schedule.

For a quick bite on the go, or a caffeine pick me up mid day, Boston Coffeehouse is my go-to. Bonus? They just opened a new drive through location as well!! The service is consistent; however it may lag a bit during heavy traffic times - lunchtime especially and Sunday mid mornings are quite busy. The atmosphere is subdued and I often head to the back, stake out a table and work online while sipping my coffee and having a quick bite. Favorites are their breakfast sandwiches - I love the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant! For lunch I'm a chicken salad girl - oh so good!!

This location is very cute and quaint. The only issue is that it is very narrow and the area to wait for your coffee is next to the expo opening, so very crowded and squeezed in when waiting for your items. This location also allows you to dine in. Reminds me of a wholesome and loving energy you would get from Luke's on Gilmore Girls. The coffee was delicious and they had a variety of options of seasonal drinks for fall. I very much enjoyed it and will be coming back again to dine in.

I realllllly enjoyed this place!! It reminds me of a tea room because of the menu. As soon as you walk in, there's a pastry case, and the place at which you can order food if you are taking it to go. If you want to eat there, you can have a seat and a server will come to your table to take your order. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating which was ideal because there were 6 of us. They serve soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and pastries along with coffees. I had the Cranberry chicken panini that consists of very tender grilled chicken, Gouda cheese, onion jam, tomatoes and arugula on Cranberry date focaccia bread with sriracha mayo. It was PERFECT!!! Soo very tasty! We didn't wait long at all to get our meal. Our server was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed! Everyone enjoyed their meals. I will definitely go back when I visit Deland. This place is a winner!

A very cute local coffee shop located in downtown Deland ! The minute you walk in you're greeted and there's tons of pastry's in the window that all look soo yummy !! (I was too full at the end to try one) but definitely will be trying one when I go back ! All of the coffee choices here are yummy I got the Irish Eyes R' Smilin followed by an omelette ! The service was super fast and everyone was lovely ! I've been craving this coffee ever since I first tried it and I need to get some asap !!!

Arrived on a Thursday at around 2pm. It wasn't too busy so we were able to find seats. The waitress came by shortly and got our orders in quickly. Sometimes if it's super packed, it does take a little bit of time. There's plenty of tables for a variety of groups. If the front is full, theres 2 rooms in the back as well as an outdoor area. If you're in a rush I would recommend ordering at the front counter, because it does take a while if you sit down. My friend and I ordered 2 coffees that day, I love the atmosphere in this shop. So cozy and bustling with people. You can work here as long as you're a customer. I see people studying or writing when I visit. In the front there's a variety of cakes and pastries. Along with coffees & teas, they serve brunch, salads and breakfast sandwiches. My husband always enjoys the turkey twist. I like to switch it between Pesto Ciabatta or the chicken pesto melt. It's a perfect light meal, It's not a ton of food in my opinion but when I'm craving a light meal, boston is the place to go. Good Coffee and food. Will always support.

We were in the area for the decorated Christmas house need a little little bite to eat. This was recommended by one of the stores we walked. In very happy we did. The waitress was a lovely she couldn't have been nicer, had a tuna salad wrap very good and delicious coffee. The desserts look good but we had a long drive back, so decided not to have any. If you're in this area I would highly recommend this restaurant. It was very cute inside and clean and everything is homemade.

The staff was super friendly, great has small-town hospitality vibe. Since we stopped for breakfast let's start with the coffee, absolutely fantastic. Rich, fresh, and hot - and they never let your cup get below half full. I swear the waitress had a sixth sense for it because my mug was topped off with a smile before I even realized it was getting low. You don't see that here in Miami. The portions are wonderfully generous without being ridiculous. My vegetable omelette was loaded with fluffy eggs & veges, crispy bacon, and perfectly golden hash browns - and the biscuit! Love me a good southern style biscuit! Everything tasted homemade like someone's grandma was back in the kitchen looking out for you. Best of all? The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially for the quality and quantity you get. I left feeling so FULL that my next meal was dinner. Our waitress was sweet and on top of things Even got us sweet tea for the road and the cups were massive. This was my 2nd time here and I'll be returning again n again. Tonight for me was the Chili n eggs with bacon and home fries plus I added on one of their massive pancakes. My partner got the chicken mini meal with fries and a salad. Ordered my eggs over medium, they came out barely over easy the yolk was super runny but I never hold that against anyone, eggs can be difficult which is why chefs hats have 100 pleats. Cooking eggs is a honed skill. The chili was a lil more watery than I'd like but considering the egg they went together perfectly and I used the home fries to soak it all up. My partner's chicken was still moist, not killed and this place does fried right!! Completely crunchy and golden on the outside soft and yummy on the inside. The chocolate cake was wonderfully fudgey and moist too. The pancake which is a must have on at least one of your visits has a wonderfully crispy edge with awesome fluffy interior. The decor is cool, the lil signs funny and sweet and all the pictures from the original speak to an owner appreciating their customers. Great day or night but if you're looking for late night food and you're totally over the usual suspects, definitely pop in here, you won't be disappointed and you may just end up forgetting the usual late night suspects.

The ambiance was inviting, stylish, and felt like the perfect setting for a weekend experience with friends. The food overall was good. The shrimp and grits were definitely the highlight for me full of flavor and well done. The steak, however, wasn't my favorite and didn't quite hit the mark. The fruit bowl was exactly that fruit in a bowl nothing special but fresh. The banana pudding was delicious and a sweet way to end the meal. The service was a bit inconsistent, which I believe was due to the waitress being very busy. There were a few moments where we waited longer than expected for menus, straws, or even water. While noticeable, it didn't completely take away from the experience and felt more like a staffing issue than a lack of care. Overall, I would absolutely return for brunch with friends. While the strip wasn't the best I've had, it was cooked perfectly. Dessert was a bit hit or miss. We tried all the pies -- most were decent and nicely presented, though nothing stood out. The salted caramel cheesecake had a grainy texture rather than being smooth. Service was friendly, but a little rushed. Courses came out too quickly, making it hard to enjoy each one before the next arrived. The table became crowded with plates, and the pace felt chaotic at times.
