    Steak wrap

The broccoli curry soup tasted delicious and was definitely worth the price. The steak tips were OK but may be a little over priced and the drinks there were definitely overpriced. Overall a small place and everyone is very kind.

Food was good but not great, a little bland for us. All the staff was very friendly.

This place is amazing! Best quality food you can get in DeLand. Do your body and health a favor and stop by a few times of week!

Our lunch! Tuna avo wrap, with THE MOST DELICIOUS sauce, and fresh berries! I got the magic tea too

This is the cutest hole-in-the-wall lunch spot! My friend and I found this place when we got couldn't eat at the famous pancake place in the national park. They had breakfast options and healthy lunch options. I loved the cute bookshelf of books to read while waiting for our food! They have I think 3 tables inside, and there were only two employees that I could see (chef, and register). Service was very fast!! And the prices were very reasonable for a healthy place! We even got a sandwich to split on the way home (not pictured, it was scarfed down so fast). We both got the tuna avo wrap, and it came with fresh berries which was a treat! Plus the sauce, which was a berry poppy salad dressing that the chef made fresh and said he enjoys adding to the tuna wraps because it complements them, was literally so delicious that my friend and I went through like four little cups of it and we even asked if we could buy it bottled. Like...it was mind-blowingly delicious. Never would I have thought tuna/avocado would go well with berry poppyseed flavors. I also got the Magic tea, which was mixed with some lemonade or lemon juice. It was so good! It had a very light taste, not too sweet but not too bitter. It was very good! And I loved the colors. It started off blue but because of the acidity of the lemon it turned purple! My friend got (unpictured) a strawberry banana smoothie which was made automatically dairy free and that was perfect for him because he's lactose intolerant but never actually attempts to avoid dairy (as most tend to also do, haha) so it was a pleasant surprise for him to know he was going to be ok. Plus it was delicious! I stole some sips too. The employees were so nice, we felt bad for asking for water refills and cups of sauce but they were so friendly and helpful and not once did they make us feel like we were being annoying. This little shop is a hidden gem. We will definitely be making the drive back up to this town to come back.

Diamond in the rough. Friendly people, nice atmosphere and great healthy food! Very fresh. Lots of good Google reviews but not a lot here on yelp for some reason.

Broccoli soup was fantastic. Plenty of options for my pescatarian fiancé and me (who is not pescatarian).

A hidden gem. I had no idea it was there. It's near the YMCA. I had a wrap and will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

I hope this is the right location...it was not at a court house and it wasn't the drive-thru, but…read morethese photos don't look the same. The location I stopped at was in an outdoor strip mall and I parked in a big lot, not on the street. Nevertheless!! I am LONG overdue on this review! I stopped in for a coffee after wandering around Cassadaga one Friday. The coffee house's vibe was definitely Bostonian. I thought it was cute and clever! Both baristas were very friendly and helpful. Warm, actually. They didn't seem annoyed to be providing service..the way many baristas do at various locations. I had a long and productive chat with Diana, which definitely has management qualities. She is a visionary also, and we brainstormed fun ideas for the shop. No skin int he game for me; I just Ama natural born idea producer (they come so easily to me) and I'm always up for a chat about how to creatively expand small businesses. My order was GREAT. Definitely had a late, but also had a dessert. Wish I could remember what it was, but I do remember that I was very happy with my choice, which I was helped to make:) I wish this coffee shop all the best success!! Great concept. Will stop by anytime I'm in demand!

A cute lunch spot in downtown DeLand offering salads, sandwiches, and coffee - a nice spot to drop…read moreby after shopping on New York Avenue on a hot day. I get the sense it's beloved by locals of a certain set as it was busy on a Saturday afternoon with tables full of folks enjoying conversation over lunch. We were tucked in the back room which made for a quieter experience. I had the pick two combo of roast beef arugula sandwich and chicken velvet soup. Both were decent - I think maybe upgrading the deli meat might help the sandwiches overall, wasn't a huge fan of the roast beef (some yucky pieces) but the sandwich itself had good ingredients of fresh arugula, shaved Parmesan, and horseradish sauce. The soup was my favorite part of the meal, but it's pretty much a cream of mushroom and chicken soup so not particularly groundbreaking. The Nutty Irish Lady was recommended to me, and was just ok. It had cherry notes apparently, but I tasted just mostly just Irish cream flavor. I'd definitely try it for breakfast, sample some other coffee menu items, and maybe get a salad for lunch instead. A cozy local spot seemingly enjoyed by many!

When you come in, it's more of a take out with tables for people that want eat in, I think about 8-9 in total, butting right up to the door for maximum capacity, but good furniture, really nice. The decor is pleasing and appropriate for the food genre. We were dining in so we got a menu and stepped aside so people behind could go. We both ordered spicy ramen, Miso chicken soup and the Korean soup, with seafood (mussels, shrimp and baby scallops). We also had the Crab Rangoon appetizer. The food came relatively quickly but it was fresh, you can tell. The operation is well done. First, the appetizer seemed like it was made to order, hot and very tasty. . Dipped in duck sauce and wow . Loved it. The ramen was also very delicious. My grandson loved his miso and my Korean style. It was a very big bowl of food so with a growing young man to help with mine, we were able to almost finish it all. Delicious. The reason for the 4 stars, really 4.5 but that's not available, is one of the shrimp in my bowl wasn't deveined and that is so unappealing to me. As far as I could see the others were and they were excellent in texture and taste, but it is what it is. I will definitely return and I didn't talk about the Boba teas which were both very delicious. You can't go wrong, give them a try.
