At 11:15, when I had not been called in for a technician, I became concerned and went to the front desk to notify them that I had no communication regarding my appointment. A very kind and concerned OCB employee followed me to question a technician who had not received any information about my appointment and it was surmised that there had been a glitch in the system. I was told I could wait longer or reschedule, but a very sympathetic technician intervened and agreed to prepare me for my exam. Tayla Gimblett went out of her way and added to her already busy schedule to accommodate me. Tayla was professional and kind and she should be commended. My sincere thanks and appreciation go out to her!
