I had a very mixed experience with this company…read more Quincy, the sales representative, was excellent--professional, responsive, and clearly trying to help resolve an issue with my order. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated when a team lead became involved. The lead was difficult to work with, inconsistent, and ultimately made the situation worse rather than better. Here's what happened: Quincy was initially told there was no way to expedite the order. Shortly after, the lead changed the message and said the order could be expedited if I canceled and repurchased, paying additional shipping. Quincy tried to make things right by offering a 10% rebate for the trouble (about $34), but the approval process dragged on and became unnecessarily argumentative. The lead asked me to prove the website showed delivery before Christmas, which was frustrating--especially because I called immediately after receiving the revised delivery confirmation. When I asked him to simply check the website himself, the conversation continued to escalate instead of getting resolved. The lead also contradicted the earlier statement by again saying expedited delivery was possible through canceling and paying shipping--directly conflicting with what Quincy had been told upfront. After roughly 45 minutes of back-and-forth, it became clear that the company valued policies and deflection over customer experience. During the call, I also noticed the company's online ratings were quite low (roughly 1.9-2.8 range), which aligned with what I was experiencing in real time. In the end, I canceled the order. Quincy did everything he could, but he was clearly constrained by unhelpful leadership. To make matters worse, the lead refused to provide his name or the name of an executive contact for a formal complaint. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company based on the customer service experience. A good product does not make up for poor customer support and inconsistent communication.

We walked into a showroom floor that is extensive, with fully arranged room displays that give you a sense of how pieces work together in an actual living space rather than just on a shelf. That format is one of the more genuinely useful retail experiences for anyone furnishing a home or apartment from scratch. The pricing across furniture, decor, and home goods remains the core value proposition and it holds up. For what you get in terms of design and function, the price points on most categories are difficult to match elsewhere, which is why the store continues to draw the traffic it does despite the time commitment a full visit requires. The warehouse section at the end of the showroom walk is where you collect flat pack versions of the display pieces, and navigating between the two requires knowing your item numbers before you reach the warehouse floor. The click and collect option is the practical alternative to a full in store visit and works well. Ordering online, parking in the designated spots, and having the order loaded into your car helps a great deal. For anyone who already knows what they want, it is a significantly better use of time than walking the full floor. For a large scale furniture shopping trip that delivers value and requires strategic planning, IKEA in Stoughton remains a destination worth the effort.

You can use the app to scan items and add them to a cart, use a pencil and paper they provide, or take pictures like me. Since everything larger is DIY you have to note the location in their warehouse so you can go pick it up after your walk through. I think they also do pick up orders as well. There's also the famous cafe with the Swedish meatballs!! Quality isn't terrible and it's within price budget. They pretty much have anything you could need for a home or apartment.

Not only do they have a dizzying array of gifts small and large, they also stock anything you need as far as kitchen utensils, candles, greeting cards, charming and unique knick knacks and countless other items too numerous to mention here. Pair that with amazing customer service and salesmanship either by phone from Ms. Angela or in person from Ms. Arielle, the staff is top-notch. (apologies if I mispelled, Ms. Ari;-) Y'all definitely have to come and have a look around. I plan on coming back in the near future for a more leisurely browse through soon

Best selection of knives. Was really excited to discover this store, and see that they take knives…read moreseriously. In Downtown LA there is a fantastic store that has an insane number of knives... maybe too many. This store claims that they they have the biggest selection of knives in New England. I feel like they have enough good knives to have a varied enough selection for different preferences, but yet not overwhelming their customers with too many choices. I got a great bread knife that I'm really happy with recently. It's just the right weight (not to light) and has a really comfortable grip and an "elegant" length. It makes cutting breads really smooth and easy to cut very thin slices. It is apparently their best bread knife, and at $150, I think the price is right. Despite being on Beacon Hill, I don't feel that their prices are high or unreasonable, but just right. The store is fun to browse through for many other kitchen or cooking supplies or gifts. As a well-stocked mom and pop store it has that quality of surprise at finding something you never thought about. The personnel is also very helpful. I've been there a couple times and they seem to be knowledgeable and willing to help, to explain things and answer questions. They have personal experience with the things they sell.
