Says will fix iPhone 11 but after walking out of the store the screen already seemed grayer. Called immediately and was told it was normal. 60 days later the screen is completely glitching. Although Valentino was unable to fix my phone today because it turns out that there are problems beyond a broken screen, he gave me a full refund and helped me figure out that I can use an old Samsung as backup (which I didn't previously realize was compatible with Google Fi) -- life saver since I have to get on a plane early tomorrow. I brought my broken Rooted Cyogenmod Note 2 to him several weeks ago and he quickly repaired the broken screen . He also gave me a new sturdy cover for it for fee since my particular phone was a lot more to repair. I had a problem not sure if it was something I did to the phone or downloaded or if it was the new screen. I was pretty busy and had to wait several weeks ,but Valentino said to come on it . He took a look at it and said he wanted to replace the screen just to be safe. He also showed me how to use manage apps function and how to make a few easy modifications. He also removed some apps. Phone works great now. Also I accidentally tore my lid off the new cover and he sent me home with a new harden cover for my Note. Made clear that within proper limits and reason, stands by his work with a solid warranty. I think the repair took about 5-7 minutes (glass replacement on an iPhone). Some advice: their website lists a number of services and repairs...since I dropped the phone, this was a great "checklist" to go through the functions of the phone and see if more than the glass needs repair, things I wouldn't have thought to check: both front and rear cameras, flash, speakerphone, mic, headphone jack, etc. You never know if something else broke, and if it did, they might be able to fix it. read more

It took forever to get my broken iPhone 6 screen fixed..... at the Apple store. I finally got fed up after waiting over 2 hours to schedule an appointment with a "genius", and brought my phone to Valentino. This was late in the afternoon on July 3rd. I'm sure most other people would have told me I'd have to wait until after the holiday to get my phone fixed, but Valentino told me to come by within the hour. Valentino was great. I called him on a Friday asking him if I could bring my daughter's iPhone 5c in the next day to get the screen replaced because it had cracked. He said to come in on Saturday but just call beforehand. So I picked up my daughter the next day, called him and he told me to come right on over. We were in and out of there in 10 minutes max. He replaced the screen and it looks like new. Valentino is very personable and an expert in his field. He also fully explained the paperwork/waiver I had to sign. Even when I inquired about buying a better case to protect my daughter's iPhone, he said that the one she currently had is one of the best ones we're going to find. They were very nice on the phone, gave me the price and said they could do it while I waited - perfect. I called a couple of other places and got recordings or they called back and did not have the battery in stock. I was very happy with the service. It was quick and the problem is solved. This place is insane. I cracked and broke the LCD/screen on my S7 Edge a few weeks ago when I was traveling in Japan. Fast forward, I read about this place yesterday, dropped by my phone off, was told to come back in 30 minutes (which I did), and received a phone that looked better than it did when it was new. These guys are absolute ninjas. The repair was $400, which sounds like a lot until you consider that a new phone would have cost double that. Beyond the cost, it took no time to get it repaired. Excellent Service! While on vacation we kept our Samsung Active in the water too long while snorkeling. I know we probably shouldn't have had it in the ocean at all. We had not had any problems in fresh or chlorinated water. The screen was unresponsive when we got out of the ocean then flickered a bit then went black. We had the phone for a while so we figured we would just get the data off and get a new one. That was where our problem was. We could not unlock the phone without the screen and we had all of our vacation pictures and videos on it. Once we got back home I tried calling around to see if anyone could bypass the security to get my data but couldn't find anyone. So I then started calling around to try and find someone to replace the screen. I was surprised how few places would even work on the Samsung Active thats when I found Boston Mobile iPhone Repairs. They got back to me right away and said they could look at it and see if it was worth replacing the screen. Now this is the best part. They actually drove right to my work in Downtown Boston and picked up the phone. From there they kept in touch by text, keeping me up to date with what was going on and always responding promptly to my questions. Which was also awesome, I think texting is the easiest way to communicate, because you can read and reply when it is convenient for you. So I got my phone back yesterday, delivered right to my work, with a new screen and it looks great! Can't even tell it is not the original screen. It's working fine and I was able to get all my pictures and videos off. I wouldn't trust it to go back in the water now but that's fine. We spent a few hundred for the repairs so we will not be getting a new phone but I still think it was well worth it to get all my vacation pictures. All in all our phone is great, the service was great. The morals of this story: Have your data backup automatically to cloud storage, especially when on vacation or at special events. Arranged for an appointment with these guys. Valentino answered my plea for help. My iPhone 5s screen had shattered and was on the fritz. Valentino arrived at my house, with a company vest on (helped me see he was legit and not someone who happened to stop by). He fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes -- he was courteous as well. The service costs $85, with an additional $15 transport fee for coming to my house. There is a deal on Yelp where you can buy $5 for $10. You should do that. Valentino accepts cash, check, and credit card. This was a breeze (and worth the $15 fee) for a SAHM who can't leave the house easily. read more
