I asked the girl behind the plastic barrier if they had any promotions, to which she replied "yes." I was baffled that I had to further ask if she could tell me them, wondering if I have to have the key to the secret crypt to gain access? She then tells me what I assume was the promotions, but due to the unfortunate language barrier, I had no idea what she told me. I politely tried a different way of asking...this is what I'd like to order, is there a deal on this? "No." Okay, moving on I guess. It's unfortunate the promotions aren't posted for all to see. I paid and asked for a receipt. She told me to return in 15-20 minutes. I asked again for my receipt. I was told again to return in 15-20 minutes. I said "I guess I don't get a receipt", she looked and asked for my name. After this interaction, let's go with "Bob" for my order. I've had Napoli over the years but it's on the decline between both quality and service. The pizza tonight was very thin and very chewy and didn't leave me wanting for more. I had to get a spoon to scoop out the garlic sauce for the garlic fingers because it was so think and glue-like. I hate to say it, but after many years, I'll be trying somewhere new next time.

Takoyaki was ok but I was pleased they even served it. Coming from a bigger city I am fully aware of the price point of sushi and what it should bring. This certainly does not fulfill its price point. The atmosphere of this restaurant is actually pretty nice. It's very cozy and warm with modern decor. However there is no parking and accessible entrance. So anyone who cannot use the stairs would have great difficulty getting into the restaurant as it is up a set of stairs. That being said, I still like the decor. Customer service wise it was good. They were attentive and professional. The Korean staff (spoke korean to each other and English to the guests) were very friendly. As this is the only Japanese place in town I will return once more to try their lunch specials.
