Just had my first appointment and cannot say enough great things about this facility. From my…read morefirst phone call to meeting the Doctor everything went smoothly. I was in serious pain and was seen on the same day I made the call, that in itself is amazing. Upon arrival, the staff was professional and very concerned about my condition. They listened closely as I described my ailment and told me everything that they were doing. When Dr. Blake came in I was very nervous and she recognized my heighten state. She took her time examining me and throughout the process she remained very calm and explained what she was doing. She gave me her diagnosis along with a follow-up treatment plan. The staff then proceeded to take care of all the follow-up appointments needed, from booking my MRI to calling my PCP to get prior approval. That has never happened to me with any other Doctor's office. Usually I'm the one making all the calls. I wish I could give Boston Pain Specialist a perfect 10 but 5 is the highest on Yelp. I totally recommend them if you are looking for caring and professional people.

Matt is there to keep prescriptions going, he's great and some of the office staff that I really like are still there and I pray they don't leave too. I really wish they would let their patients know what is going on and keep us informed. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's hard when you're kept in the dark. Dr. Doherty left without keeping his scheduled injection appointments which was really bad but I get the feeling he had no choice. I get injections for my leg pain and he also did nerve ablation in my low back to help keep that pain under control so without him it's unclear what my future looks like. The medication I take only goes so far and I'm not willing to take more. I really hope this practice gets their act together, gets good new good providers like Dr. Doherty was, keep Matt and the staff happy and give their patients the quality care they deserve. I'm hoping they will provide some kind of update soon, I really don't want to change where I go but if something doesn't happen soon I may need to so that my quality of life doesn't go away.

I understand that the Attorney General's office is involved. I was able to get my Granite State medical records from the attorney general's office but no one knows what happened to the medical records that I had to submit prior to being accepted as a patient at Granite State. That is a major HIPPA violation losing a patient's medical records. I had to wait almost a year for them to review my records before accepting me as a patient. I hope the Attorney General's office nails them to the wall and pulls all their licenses as they were a bunch of sanctimonious jerks.

So far so good .I'm not in pain yay!!! I certainly would recommend him to any of my friends and family or to anyone suffering in pain I think if he can help you he will.
