The girl kept messing up on the design and trying to fix it. Whenever I pointed out something wrong, she became irritated and would say "I know I'm going to fix it". And when I noticed a couple hours later and called and they saw their wrongdoing all they can do is refund the amount the took? Usually love Tina and Botanic Nails but my daughter was recently in a car accident and is in a wheelchair. We spent weeks at the hospital and she was so excited to finally get out and get her nails done. We made an appointment and let them know that one of our people was in a wheelchair. We were assured that they could still see us. We checked in and were asked to wait outside. Tina left us waiting outside for almost an hour after out appointment time. Other groups and walkins were seated ahead of us eventhough we had an appointment. So I guess Tina is great unless you are handicapped, then she can't be bothered. So sad. After an hour we left. Life is rough enough in a wheelchair without having to deal with business refusing you service. read more

Two words to describe this place... RIP-OFF!!!! I have never been so upset leaving a nail salon in my life. So let me start from the beginning... I've been here before a couple years ago but I didn't come back because the owner Tina was very rude to me. I couldn't get in with my regular nail lady so I decided to give this place another try especially since they had an advertisement for a gel manicure for $24.99. I had an appointment at 11:30 with Destiny. I was running a little late and called in and told them I would be there at 11:35 and they said that was fine. I came and I was greeted and they told me to have a seat. As I was waiting SIX people came in and were seen before me. I wasn't seated seen until 12. I was already irritated by the wait. Once I sat down she asked me what color I wanted and I showed her a picture which was all one color but had glitter on two of the nails. She said they didn't have those colors and to pick something else. I took a look at what they offered and low and behold they had the colors so I told her to do those. She started working on my nails and right before she puts the polish on she tells me its going to be $42. I asked her why so much and she said it was because I wanted glitter on two of my nails. I told her to paint them all one color then if that was the case. She did an ok job on my nails I felt like she was just rushing thru it to get to the next person. My thumb came out crooked and she made the gel super thick. I just did not care at this point and I was more upset with myself for giving this place another try. I went to the front to go and pay and the man who takes the payments tells me its going to be $32. I politely told him that outside on a banner he has it advertised for $24.99 for a gel manicure. He starts stuttering and then comes up with a BS excuse that he's charging me more because I got a "high-end" color. Insert wtf face here.I literally got a nude color and you could barely tell anything was there. I got so upset he was clearly trying to rip me off. So I told him it is illegal to charge a customer more than the advertised price. When I started getting loud and other customers started looking he then told me to pay the $24.99 and just leave. So basically they take advantage of customers who do not read or pay attention to what they are paying for. This place is disgusting. On top of that they have a huge sign in front asking people to pay cash. They do accept cards but clearly they do not want to pay their taxes or charge people the correct price. Stay away from this plague they do a terrible job and try and take advantage of you as well. read more

I went here on a whim about a couple months ago! I really enjoyed my nails services! I asked for a black French tip and black gel on my toes to match. I love how long they stayed and lasted! My toes still look fantastic. One of my favorite salons, as for cleanliness Ive been to better but they have linners in the pedicure sinks which is definitely more sanitary than some places I've been! I wish I would've gotten the woman's name who did my nails. She was great and really took her time with me. I will definitely be back if I cant make it to my regular salon in Corona. read more

They didn't use a clean nail file, nail clippers and trimmer weren't out of a sterilized bag they were in a drawer. My pedicure was worse, they didn't clean the tub before I sat down or use a bag and someone had just put their feet in and got a pedicure before me. They had just got up SECONDS before I did. Horrible atmosphere! Extremely loud! Rude manager! They treat you like they're doing you a favor! The place is small, the stations are touching each other. One worker had music blasting on her cell phone, another was watching videos on her cell phone volume blasting, TV was on and they were yelling back and forth trying to talk to each other. At first I really enjoyed coming to this nail salon but after a while I noticed the staff becoming increasingly rude. One day I was running late for an appointment by 5 minutes so I called to let them know because I didn't want to be rude. I get there and I'm waiting around for 25 minutes. I asked how much longer it would be because I didn't think 5 minutes should have pushed my appointment back by so much. I always get a gel manicure on my natural nails so they don't take long to do anyway. For the remainder of the time I noticed a change in their tone when they were talking to each other as if they were talking crap. So I sat down with Tina and she rushed doing my nails and was bad mouthing me the entire time with everyone else. After that visit I visited again by appointment to give them the benefit of the doubt. They sat me with an older nail tech that was barely starting and did not know what she was doing. She filed my natural nails down so much they broke soon after. It felt like they were trying to get back at me for last time (as crazy as that sounds) I was a continuous customer and brought in friends who loved it there too. I should have listened to all the bad reviews. I got a full set and it was painful, my nails were sore for 2 days. They looked cheap and the acrylic was all on my cuticles. If you're looking for a relaxing, 5 star mani pedi- this is NOT the place for you. AMAZING nails and designs - I haven't broken or had o e come off and it's been weeks !!

My service here was horrible. While I was getting my pedicure, I asked the lady if she can file 2 different nails two different times. When I told her the second time she told me what else did I need her to do in a rude way. She lasted 15 minutes doing my deluxe pedicure. The same lady did my nails, I wanted coffin nails and a few of them look square. The nail polish looks ugly. My nails look like I need to get a fill already. The lady got offended and reacted rude when I would ask her to fix something. The worse part is that when you ask them to fix something they start talking in their language and laugh. Very rude. My sister nails were supposed to be ombré and they also look very ugly. The acrylic is fat and lumpy. For the price my sister paid $75 they should have tried fixing her nails when she mentioned the problem. They didn't take their time on us or cared that we were not happy, they did not care to fix them. I cannot recommend this place. read more

I really wanted to like this place because I saw their Instagram page and all the designs were nice. However I was SO disappointed when I visited. A guy did my nails and it was horrible from start to finish. I asked for a square nail and he filed my nails to a coffin shape. Secondly, when doing my manicure, he did not put any cuticle softening lotion, instead he soaked my nails for maybe 30secs and started clipping my cuticles. Then, I picked out a light champagne color and the color that was actually put on my nails was a dark bronze. When I asked, he simply claimed "the color swatch must have faded". And finally, he painted my nails all the way past my cuticles, it looked awful. I was getting my nails done for a friend's wedding and I was so dissatisfied. Once he was done, I just asked another nail technician to take the gel off because it just looked SO bad. The host did offer for someone else to paint my nails, but by then I was running late to a different appointment (since they seated me 35 min AFTER my appointment time).
