I don't know what to think about this location and the service I received. I woke up early one Saturday morning and decided to treat myself to a much-needed pedicure. It's not the place I normally go to but decided to give them a try because they are close to my house. I drove to the location and it's not in the best area of San bernardino but I felt safe. I walked inside and it wasn't anything special....definitely not one of the higher-end shops/spas that I have gone to. I went to look at their polish selection and it was pretty small and many of the bottles were empty. I also noticed that there were only 2 technicians working which was surprising for a Saturday. I only had to wait about 10 minutes before one of the tech started on me. I thought it was odd that she started working on my feet before asking me what type of pedicure I wanted. I figured she would ask after removing my polish but she didn't. After she started on my cuticles (which much rougher than what I'm accustomed to), I told her that I wanted a description of the different types of pedicures they offer. She had to have the other tech translate for me. She ended up stating that she thought I only wanted the "basic"....don't know why...she didn't ask. I told her that I wanted a package that included a callous remover and leg massage. She honestly seemed annoyed. She proceeded to give me the QUICKEST pedicure I ever had in my life. The massage lasted all of 3 minutes. The callous remover process was quick as well. I checked my watch and I was sitting under the uv light in 32 minutes! This is where things got interesting....the service only cost $18. I was shocked when she handed me the receipt. The next morning, I actually looked at my feet and they looked very good. My husband even paid me a compliment. So, here's my thought. If I want to be pampered, I won't be going to this place. If I am on need of a quick and cheap pedicure with no frills, I will visit this place again. read more

The woman doing manicures used the same file for three customers, she was planning to use on me until she noticed I caught her using the same. They use very minimal cuticle oils , lotions and tools. This last time I went the lady was so rough on my nails while filing that she cut me three times. I usually go to this nail salon because its close to home. But i have recently over the past few months noticed they raised their prices where a simple gel manicure cost $40. I have gone to other salons and this same service is only $25. I went back today bc i needed manicure fast. I asked the nail techs to soak off the old gel rather than drilling it off. I asked them 4 times explaining in different ways bc i though maybe they didnt understand. I was completely ignored they drilled off anyways. I asked the nail tech "Van was her name" and she got so mad at me. She slapped my nails on so fast and did the sloppiest job ever. She was also so rude to me. I do not live in the area but when I saw the yelp reviews were so good I chose to give it a try. They had the best price for what I wanted and said they could take me right away. Which I liked so I drove right on over. When I walked in there were two girls working and there was only one other customer there so I was taken right away. So far do good. They asked if I lived around there and when I said no one of the girls said "why do you come here, why not go to nail salons by where you live." Does it really matter though as long as I'm giving you business right? Anyway I told them because I had poor customer service at the one close to my house they ask what happened. So I told him that my sister was kicked out of a salon because they were closing. The lady said "well maybe your sister got there too late." I told her no because the sign said they close at six and it was only 230 they told her they were closing because they had to go to a party. If they would have had a sign saying they were closing early that would be different but they didn't so that was pretty rude and lost my business as well. I didn't like their service plus my finger got infected a few days after I got them done. I was put off with how they kept wanting to know which salon I had gone to and almost defending the other salon and also my nail got infected so that's not cool. read more

Negative 5 stars would be appropriate for this ROACH motel! I sat down in the spa chair and a roach came to greet me, then his friend stopped by to say hello. I told Cathy, "LOOK!!!!" and she rolled her eyes at me and ignored the roaches as if they were family, visiting from out of town. Anyhow, Cathy was doing my pedicure & I told her before she started polishing that I wanted a french tip with a red and black flower design. So when she did it, it looked like a 3 year old did it. It was very ugly so I asked her to remove it. She proceeded to remove it, trying to keep the white tip intact. So I have a french tip with a black shadow where she couldn't get all of the black paint off...but only on one toe. So she got mad and started talking to Vivian in their language and Vivian came over to look and so Ms. Cathy got up and walked away without saying a word to me and began to work on another customer. Vivian had to finish my pedicure. So I was supposed to get nails done, too. I just told her never mind that I had to go. Fast forward to TWO days later, the white polish started chipping!!!! Talk about being mad!!!! I was fuming. What did they use...WHITE OUT? Or perhaps that cheap polish from the 99 cent store. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

Worst nail salon ever.....owner rushes and seems miserable and did a horrible job on my fill my nails are bumpy and uneven they look awful, will have to go elsewhere to get them fixed and that's annoying. For me it isn't as much about the money but the time spent and as a single mom o don't have much time so to spend two hours and walk out with horrible looking nails and toes is frustrating. I NEVER write yelp reviews but to save someone time and money I am doing it today. The owner seemed like she just wanted it over with while doing my nails and was silent and rushing the process but I had to wait over an hour for someone else to paint my nails. Spent nearly two hours here for the worst pedicure with an equally rude and lazy worker I think her name was Cindy? Not sure because she didn't speak to me at all except when I asked her to cut my toenails and she was annoyed and did a horrible job even at trimming my nails. She was incredibly lazy every step of the way. She took forever but I don't know what she was doing because she didn't trim until I asked, barely touched cuticles, slapped a little lotion on and proceeded to do a horrible job painting my toes, my 11 year old son could have done a better job......seriously THE WORST! it's a day care center for one of the ladies which is fine her kids are quite and well behaved but the blatant laziness and horrible work are just inexcusable....don't waste your time or money. read more
