My wife called them on 4/1/15 and asked for the manager who, what a shock, was not available but he'll call back. As of this post, 40 minutes from now will be April 15 and still NO call. Apparently customer service and ice cream that should taste like ice cream are not a priority. Please go to Ramsey or Nanuet for a better Carvel where the product tastes fresh and not like they just scooped it from a batch that has been laying around for a year or two.

They said they're trying to bring customers back, I guess after the old owners may have had some issues. If you live in the area this could easily become a regular restaurant in your rotation of places to go.
