In the past, they would open their window and allow the pickup orders to grab and go. With new ownership, it was a trainwreck. We got there very early and were stuck waiting for 2 hours. Yes, it was really that long. There was no separation of new orders and pickup, so those who ordered ahead had to stand behind those who were ordering for the first time. When we finally got to the front of the line, 2 hours later, our order was still being finished in the back.... I know. You think it'd be done considering it was ordered ahead... Be careful when ordering around the holidays. People were extremely unhappy. My advice is for them to ONLY accept order-ahead orders during the holidays so they're not stuck helping those who procrastinated while those who planned must wait. It really ate into our holiday time as well...

I will say I got a bit of an ick because I found feathers on the wings. These are fresh butchered wings so it's understandable but also not my favorite thing to have happened.
