This is the best antique/vintage mall in the Seattle area! It's HUGE!!!! So much stuff without much…read morerepetition between the booths. Prepare to spend hours! The staff are responsive and getting them to open a case is easy cheesy. Everyone I've interacted with has been super friendly and willing to go the extra mile if you are searching for a random oddball thing. Sometimes checkout lines are long if you go near closing time. I much Aurora Antique Pavilion to Fremont Vintage Mall (extremely expensive and not great selection) and Lander Street Vintage (good for some things but pricier.) I also like it better than the Star Mall in Snohomish which has a lot of poorly maintained booths and there's more of a musty smell at the Star Mall which might get into textiles.

My partner and I have gone here for years, but this last Saturday will be the last time we ever go…read more The older tall man was so absolutely rude to me in front of a large group of people checking out that I decided to notify my partner I wouldn't be buying anything from them and we left. I appreciate the gentleman who approached me inquiring if there was a problem and what he could do to rectify the situation, but after the behavior of the front desk staff I didn't see a solution other than leaving. If you have a stall at this store, the rude behavior of the staff are costing you sales. Treating good customers like your worst customers is a dead end business model.

I absolutely love thrifting and I'm mildly upset that I didn't find out about Bella's Voice sooner!…read moreIt is, without a doubt, my new go-to for second-hand goodies, especially because it's so close to me. I believe all proceeds also go to animal welfare, so this place is a win-win. Store & Selection: (5/5) Upon entering, it's definitely smaller than most thrift stores I've gone to, especially compared to big names like Value Village and Goodwill. Do not let that turn you off! The selection here is AMAZING and I love how the racks are organized by size and color. I think I've walked out with an armful of stuff each time I've gone. Service: (5/5) Everyone here is really nice and they make checking out very quick. Other notes: Not sure exactly how their discount system works and how often it changes, but all their stuff is tagged by color for a corresponding discount. This place is definitely cheaper than other thrift stores, which is great if you're in a pinch.

I stopped by Bella Voice expecting a fun thrift shopping experience, but unfortunately I left…read moredisappointed. The store felt extremely cluttered and difficult to shop. Many of the shelves were filled with random old toys and what looked like garage sale leftovers rather than carefully curated thrift items. The clothing racks were overstuffed, making it difficult to browse, and several areas had clothing that had fallen underneath the racks, making the store feel messy and unorganized. Another issue was the layout. Many aisles were confusing and not clearly labeled, so it was hard to know where to find anything without wandering around the store. What stood out the most was the checkout experience. Although there were plenty of employees throughout the store, there was only one young cashier handling a long line of customers. They appeared overwhelmed trying to keep up while everyone else waited. I understand thrift stores can get busy, but better organization, cleaner displays, and more support at the registers would make a huge difference. I hope the store improves because it has the potential to be a much better shopping experience.
