I appreciate the gentleman who approached me inquiring if there was a problem and what he could do to rectify the situation, but after the behavior of the front desk staff I didn't see a solution other than leaving. If you have a stall at this store, the rude behavior of the staff are costing you sales. Treating good customers like your worst customers is a dead end business model.

Another issue was the layout. Many aisles were confusing and not clearly labeled, so it was hard to know where to find anything without wandering around the store. What stood out the most was the checkout experience. Although there were plenty of employees throughout the store, there was only one young cashier handling a long line of customers. They appeared overwhelmed trying to keep up while everyone else waited. I understand thrift stores can get busy, but better organization, cleaner displays, and more support at the registers would make a huge difference.
