When I expressed concern that the grout smell might cause breathing problems while drying, Brian went to the back and mixed up a small batch of the (stain-proof!) grout in a bucket and let me check it out. When I complained that I paid an extra fee to have them expedited, I was told, "They were expedited." Apparently you have to specify that you want them expedited to you and not just in general. Turns out I needed more knobs, so I ordered more. After 2 days, with no return calls, I was told the knobs were in. I asked why I was not called and was told, "Your sales person is out all week." Great system. You pay a lot for their products and the service is poor. Bad combination.
