Worthy of the hype?...for me def not. I've passed a handful of times and they always have a crowd and tonight I saw several ppl place large orders spending upwards of $50 so I was convinced that this must be great. Ordered 2 chicken fajita, 1 bistek and 1 carnita taco all with no onions or cilantro and what do I get enough onions and cilantro to make a meal out of. After picking onions and cilantro for 10+ mins I'm finally able to see and taste the tacos and while they're not bad they are not super flavorful and there's def nothing to rave about and whoever said this was the best green salsa is sadly mistaken. The tortilla doesn't appear grilled, seared nor warmed in any manner. Personally wouldn't return, glad I played it safe and just got the tacos to test it out. read more

One of my fave spots for tasty quick eats . I've tried their Gordita and it's one of my faves. This time I got Al pastor taco and quesadilla on corn tortilla. Today I was out getting my vehicle inspected. It's an oversize vehicle so I drove to Manor to have Duetts Tire Service do the inspection. When I got there, it's a first come first serve and I was third in line. I was hungry and walked over to one of the food trailers in their parking lot. OMG not only really good breakfast tacos but an excellent price. The breakfast taco was so big it's a whole meal. I highly recommend this food trailer. read more

This used to be my favorite taco spot but I just picked up my taco as and it's the 2nd time I was disappointed the quality of the meet has gotten so bad, I bit into my carnitas taco and it was just a bunch of fatty goo ! Let's Taco Bout It!!! Highlights: *Homemade tortillas *Aguas Frescas *Spicy salsa *Sautéed veggies Review: La Sabroza has all of this to offer and more. The experience started off with the horchata. It tasted a little different but still very refreshing. However, I didn't get the hints of cinnamon or vanilla that I would normally find in horchata. While the agua fresca is good, the main event is the Carne. First up is the Carnitas. While they were crispy, they were also a little dry. But, it's nothing their spicy red salsa and lime can't fix. The salsa added an extra kick with the lime providing that fresh citrus flavor, taking the carnitas to another level. Next is the chicharron. La Sabroza cooks theirs in a green sauce, which was good. However, it lacked the spicy kick it needed to really elevate it. The chorizo hit the mark: spicy, fatty, aromatic, smoky and delicious. The tripa was well seasoned and cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside with a soft center on the inside. Finally, the highlight of the whole experience: the barbacoa. Juicy, savory, fatty, and salty, cooked and seasoned to perfection. To add the cherry on top, everything was paired amazingly with sauteed onions and grilled jalapeño. Salsa verde is exceptional, I typically don't go for red sauce so no word from me there. Only comment is sometimes they don't season all the way so they provide salt which is good for people who like to season their on food. I go for bistec, chicken & Barbacoa. Stopped here the other evening for some late night food. There was a small wait, but expected due to the amount of people waiting. The food was much better than anticipated. I stopped here for a taco plate. Two taco plates. Cost me 19 bucks. I waited for over 15 min for these so called taco plates. That had no food in them. It consisted of about 3 table spoons of beans if that. The taco meat was tough extremely tough, and tasteless they did not put my onions on my tacos like I was told it would be done. Nope. None at all . It came with a small Pile of shredded lettuce with two thin slivers of tomatoes, two thin slivers of avocado . Not even enough for my 3 tiny tacos. The limes were so dry I wasn't able to get any juice for my measly taco plate.i asked if all my sauces where in my bag. I was told yes. They were not!!!I figured a taco plate would have beans , rice and substantial toppings for my taco but I literally paid $19 for no food. highly aggravated and mad .It was not edible!!!
