I've been going to this place for several years. Yesterday I went and while my pedicure was being done the lady used the nail buffer and scratched the top of my foot. I love my new nail place!! The people here are super sweet and very clean. This is my third visit I've had two pedicures with Jessica and I got my nails done for the first time today. Another girl "manager" I forgot to ask for her name super sweet always calls you by your name she did a fill and polish and she did them exactly like the photo I requested. Super bummed out with my gel pedicure. I made an appointment & went in. The pedicure portion was ok. That's why I gave 2 stars but my gel polish is terrible! & the lady doing my pedicure had to have noticed how bad it looked but proceeded anyway. At this place they lay you back as they paint your nails, but I don't think that's a smart idea. My nails are completely crooked (the way they were cut and shaped), and they cut my toe. The massage given was great, but that's the only real positive part. As I was leaving my total suddenly when up to 52$ and I tipped 5 before realizing what they did to me. I have been to this nail salon once before- I wasn't in love with my manicure or pedicure but wanted to give them a second chance. I was embarrassed to do so, but I had to follow my gut and walk out before my pedicure started. It was so DIRTY. I cringed taking off my socks, as dust bunnies from the chair collected before, I could even put them in the bowl. I was trying so hard to just be polite, and not make a fuss, but I dropped my headphones, and when I bent down to pick it up, there were toenails, old acrylic nail pieces, discarded nail files, everywhere, you name it. There is no way this establishment would have passed a health/safety audit. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. I went in for a pedicure and they got the polish all over my toes and did not want to clean it even after I said something multiple times. They kept trying to offer more services when I had already told them what I wanted multiples times, yet again. It took them over 6 times to correctly polish my toes and yet you can still see through the polish. They left the acrylic really thick on one of toe and when asked if they can match it with the other one, they still didn't and left me with one chunky toenail and one filed toenail. They also left me multiple cuts from filing the nails too short. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. read more

However I've noticed that she seems to Use soiled tools and does NOT sanitize anything after each client ... also they stack appointments up so there are way too many people in the shop at one time ... I can't say for sure , but I'm almost positive I contracted COVID from there! I was referred to this salon by a co worker and I'm honestly so glad I went! The service was amazing. I had never had dip gel nails before (I got a dip gel manicure) and it was on point! Also, got the "Hot Rock" gel pedicure. Not only did he massage my feet with lotion, he also massaged my feet with hot rocks and he also put the hot towel treatment with some kind of lotion and really hot water inside the bags (as shown in photo. I'm probably not saying it right.) But it was amazing! I paid $45 for my dip gel manicure and $40 for my Hot Rock gel pedicure. It was well worth it for being my Valentines Day nails. Don't let the name fool you. They told me go to another technician next time if you don't like the one who did it. "We won't refund you because it's not fair to us!? " We won't honor any other service to you. As you can see my toe nails were filed down to the nub and they aren't fixable! They said they would fix them. Common you all can clearly see they are unfixable once filed so low and you the drill and more acetone to take it off then restart over to do the same thing is BAD FOR YOUR NAILS. Came here during the week for the first time, it was pretty quiet and relaxing. The place was very well kept and very clean. The pedicure chairs and bowls are in great condition and have the massage feature if you want to use it. Never being here before, there was about 6 different pedicure options available and I asked the gentleman what he would recommend for someone always on their feet and I went with the package he suggested.
