Such an unprofessional hospital, especially the ER which is the worst we've ever seen. I can go into multiple bad experiences with their ER, but will give the latest one now. We walk into the ER at 5:50am for routine bloodwork, which they allow before regular hours. Simple right? My wife was only the third person there walking in. She gets to the counter and the rude lady wearing a black hoodie is half asleep and just tells her it's going to be awhile. What the hell does that mean? 20 minutes or 2 hours? Then she doesn't even take my wife's name. No sign in sheet. We waited a bit. Nothing happening. The ER has no sign on life, so we just left and will return during regular business hours another day. It truly worries me to live in a small bumpkin town where their ER is a ghost town and proves to be useless, unprofessional, and ineffective. Who the hell is running this skip-shot operation that calls themselves a medical service? I cannot imagine walking into this place with a heart attack. Such an embarrassment. read more

I went into analeptic shock and a friend rushed me to the Emergency Room at about 10.:00 p.m.. I was blue by then and could barely breath. He ran in to get help because I could barely move. He came out with a broken wheel chair and told me they would not come out and help. He got me out of the car and into the chair and into the entrance. The middle aged heavy set woman with brownish redish hair with classes would not acknowledge him. I start crying out for help and she just kept working on her computer. He pushed me through the double door where I fell out of the wheel chair onto the floor calling for help. She came out of the small office and stood over me looking at me not saying a word. She was angry. Another person/nurse stood about 30 feet away just staring as I was calling out for help in a voice you could barely hear because my throat was closing up. Finally, I was barely conscience, someone got me back into the wheel chair and pushed me to a bed. The same guy who was ust staring maybe about 45 or so with a goatee stook on the other side of the bed and told me to get out of the wheel chair and onto the bed. I whispered to him that I did not think I could do it and in a very snide voice he said. "You got into the car didn't you?" with a half smile. I almost lost it. Someone else came and helped me onto the bed. Finally a real doctor came over and gave me a shot when I was just about to pass out from not breathing. Why the hospital keeps these people is beyond me. Especially in the Emergency room. I was minutes for expiring when I got the shot. read more

Last night, Friday December 27, 2024 around 6 pm, I checked into the Boulder City ER with excruciating pain in neck and head due to what I believed was muscle spasms in my neck. It is a chronic issue but last night my medication wasn't working and I felt like I was going insane from the pain. There was another woman in the waiting room who seemed to be in pain as well but no one else. We waited for 45 minutes to an hour to be called to the back both of us moaning, me getting up and going outside. Have you been to a hospital? The one thing you want to do is escape. But I needed help! Finally I got called back thinking that meant I would see a doctor. First you see a nurse who takes your vitals. Yes. "The doctor will be in in a sec" "Now when you say a sec do you mean a sec or two hours?" He froze like no one had ever questioned his integrity before. "Well this is an emergency room so it's not going to be instant fix. The doctor is very busy. It might take a while." Then he left." I sat alone, pain growing, in a hospital room, my finger thing kept falling off and no one checked on me, no one checked on me period. You know why? Because they didn't give a shit! I, finally, after an hour, rang the nurse to ask if the doctor was coming, when was he coming, what was going on! She said rudely, like I was an idiot and I should know how ER's work, that going to the ER takes anywhere from 2 to 6 hours to see the doctor!! NATIONWIDE! And since it was post holiday it was extremely busy and they had a full ER and waiting room. I'm thinking are all the other people waiting for the doctor getting the guilt trip or am I special? Finally I asked if I could have a cigarette while I wait and she said you can't smoke within 100 ft of the hospital. I'm like, okay? So, can I go have a cigarette while I wait for the doctor? She got all flustered and stuttering nonsense about not being able to guarantee my safety and on and on and pulled off my finger thing and my arm cuff and said rudely "Are you going?!" I said,"I don't know" I was very confused. She left in a huff. I grabbed my stuff and headed for the bathroom. On the way another nurse yelled at me "ARE YOU LEAVING??" "I'm just going to the bathroom" I want to take a moment to remind you that no nurse at any point asked how I was, how I was feeling, or how they could help me. Even when my call light was on, she came in and said ,"Your call light is on" This whole time my neck is spasming and my head feels like exploding. I come out of the bathroom and it's next to the nurse's station. Two new nurses tell me that if if I go outside, I give up my room, my bed, my place in line and I'll have to check back in. Not nicely. In the way you tell someone you hate them without using the word hate. Very 'mean girls'. Then they say we heard her (the nurse who answered my call light) tell you all this so we know you are aware. 1 you know what I'm aware of? 2 you heard her through the door? Where were you? 3 I didn't know what was happening at this point because my head was pounding, I was nauseated, and I couldn't focus but I felt attacked. I thought asking when I was going to see a doctor when I was 2 1/2 hours into an ER visit was reasonable. I left. I felt if I stayed they were not going to give me quality care and would possibly do harm to me or neglect In all transparency, 5 years ago, my doctor and an Boulder City ER doctor saved my life when my blood sugar was over 800 due to medication issues. And some of my favorite people are nurses! But if I have an emergency in the future, I would think twice about going BCER again. read more

This is a review for BCH Long Term Care. Left a message (w/ Desiree) for a call back on info and never heard back. Left another message for supervisor, and she never called back. Left a 3rd message and never received a call back. This was over a span of 2 weeks. The front reception desk is rude and has very little patience. They clearly don't like answering the phone. I would never leave a family member or even recommend a place like this to anyone. If they can't even return calls, what would likely happen if my family member needed to get in touch with me? She would probably be left dead in her room for weeks before they even noticed, and BCH would forget to call me to let me know she is dead. read more

Went to ER with suspected torn rotator cuff. Was greeted and brought to room right away. Dr said I needed a X-ray and a mri. In 10 min X-ray tech did X-ray. 40 Minutes go by and hear nothing, see no one. Dr comes in and says I need to see an orthopedic specialist, I ask about mri and she says we don't have one. I asked for X-ray for orthopedic Dr, she's says I'll have to come back after 2:00. I went home still in lots of pain. Made appointment for orthopedic doctor for the next day, he did ask for X-ray. I drove back to hospital and right there on the corner of Buchanan & Adams is the electronic sign for hospital showing Imaging including MRI. I picked up X-ray at ER signin area. Went to Orthopedic Dr next day says unless I would consider surgery, MRI was not necessary. He gave me an injection in my shoulder and 4 months later still no pain. read more

Do, not, apply, to this place. It is full of vultures. I should've taken a per diem position at agency. I did not start work until a month later. Human resources and supervisors from departments will not respond to you no matter how many times you call or email them or leave voicemail. The only people you get an actual response to is IT department. So friggin weird & isolating. The onboarding list of Ceu courses employees must do is super long. It will drain you and it will not be done within 30 days, more like five months after hire. I didn't even get a chance to sign up for benefits, that's what I was awaiting to do but after orientation day, for some reason, the benefits weren't available. Once again, weird. In the beginning the environment was chilled and the staff were harmless. I figured this hospital would be different than all the other facilities I've worked at. Nope dead wrong. It is just as bad as all the other nursing jobs in Vegas&henderson I've had. After 2months later, the work environment changed for the worst. It felt gloomy. The DON does not act like a don. She actually blends in with the staff. You would almost think that she was just another cna or floor nurse hanging out at the nurses desk. Not engaging. I really hated the end of the nurse shift when it came to shift report. The attitudes are just hostile and militant, like there is no need for that type of demeanor. Half the nursing staff does not contribute to teamwork nor they even care if something goes definitely wrong. They'll just see it as a very normal thing. You can't ask anyone to do a favor. The work taking care of the patients was just atrociously hard enough. I began to hate and dread working there, it was ridiculous. There were times I wanted to cry my eyes out in the most dramatic way, but I couldn't. Not worth going miles and miles out of your way from home. read more

I went in because I hurt my ankle. The woman who checked me in was super nice. The doctor came in, Dr. Sergent, and he was very short. Xray ordered, took about 20 minutes for them to bring portable machine. 2 hours later to get my result. Displaced fibula fracture. Dr. Sergent stated I needed reduction of the fracture to try and line it up. I asked of it was really necessary since I was already scheduled with an orthopedist the next day. He was pretty insistent and was already calling people to my room to begin. They still won't let family in because of covid and I was terrified. I started crying and he didn't seem to care. He proceeded to inject me with 50cc's of ketamine. I had really bad hallucinations and I literally felt as if I was dying. Apparently I was screaming that I was dying, but I don't remember anything. When I finally came to, and was trying to focus, he came in and I told him I didn't like that at all. He acted mad that I had an adverse reaction to a drug that I later found out was a HORSE SEDATIVE and Hallucinogenic. I went home and ended up having surgery anyway with screws and plates. My ortho told me he didn't do that great of a job lining my fracture up. Don't let them do this to you! Can't wait to see me over-inflated bill. read more

thanksgiving wasn't so good when my love of my life slipped and hit the back of her head on the dining room table. Her head had contusion and her neck was swelling out to the side. I took her in to Emergency room. nobody was there except the er check in person. I was unable to escort her in, I was commanded to stay out . I was informed it would be at least an hour or more. I ran back home and grabbed my wallet and came back. My love was sitting there waiting for me. my lady said that the Dr said no nausea you must be ok. Her neck is bruised so bad on the side and lumps on her head. I'm so disappointed with the reception person to check in. She was trying to eat her cake and the doctor was in a hurry. Terrible care. Doctor spent 2 minutes in the room listening to what brought me in but kept interrupting me. I was telling him about my cardiac issues and he said ok and walked out. Ten minutes later the nurse came in and gave me my discharge paperwork. They didn't draw blood no test nothing. I ended up going to Henderson university hospital where I was diagnosed with a blood clot in my left lung. They kept me for 4 days. I told them about boulder city hospital and they told me that if I wouldn't have came to Henderson university hospital I would of died. So Boulder city hospital discharged me to die pretty much. CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING: Facts I was visiting Boulder City for 4th of July weekend (2021). I stayed at Sands Motel of Boulder City (ok for a lake/boating trip). During the stay at around 1am in the morning a was awoken to my son calling me on my cell phone to find out if I was alright. I woke up to a headache, blurred vision, red skin and difficulty breathing. My son informed that a Boulder City Police SUV was backed up directly in front of my motel room door and very close to my room wall air-conditioner. The police vehicle was running (its 95 degrees outside) and occupied by a female police Sgt. When asked, the police Sgt. told me she had been there for about 40 minutes watching for drug activity at a nearby motel (not the Sands) I asked her if she realized her vehicles exhaust is entering my motel room. She had the oh-shit look, said she was sorry and drove off. I dialed 911 to complain and request a Watch Commander contact me. A few minutes later a callback... I should of figured same female. She's the watch commander. again she was apologetic. Now About Me: Im a 64 year white male, I'm a Nationally Accredited Paramedic with over 20 years of emergency and critical care paramedicine. I have a history of respiratory issues, I had been recently discharged from a California ER for respiratory issues, I have a flat-coated retriever service dog- who alerts to any sign of respiratory distress. So I'm in my room, both me and my dog are both sick, I grab my pulse oximeter, initial reading 88 percent on room air... Not Good at all. Open room door for ventilation, start a breathing treatment, pull my t-shirt off, red skin, blurred vision, look a the dog eyes sunken and dry, increased skin tenting, drycral mucous membranes. 5 minute re-assessment - minor change in pulseox. 91 on RA. Decision making time: Call 9-1-1, for EMS, or get to the nearest Hospital ER? Well hum. 9-1-1 gets me Boulder Fire Dept Paramedics- well that's the same city that caused this problem. City police/City fire. Not a safe option. Alternative is Boulder City Hospital. Less than 1 mile away. I can remember my name, I know I'm in Boulder City, and I know what's happening to me. I get "Bear" the service dog, how you doing buddy, need cooling measures the room is now about 90 degrees, get the dog.. dam if we're both dying in this room. I get Bear, map myself to Boulder City Hospital. 0.7 mile, and like 3 minutes by car. ARRIVAL AT BOULDER CITY HOSPITAL ER PARKING LOT. VERY CLOSE TO THE AMBULANCE ENTRANCE. I google the number its now 2:09 in the morning.. phone answered by a female. Hi I'm Mike.. I'm outside your hospital near the ambulance entrance. I have been subjected to Carbon Monoxide Poisoning, I need help I'm here with my service dog, were both sick. Response: We don't allow service dogs in a hospital, only seeing-eye-dogs are allowed in the hospital. Ma'am I'm in the hospital parking lot I have a pulseox of 91 I'm sick, what do you mean you don't allow service dogs.. this went on. NO DOGS! OK. She's of no help, never give up, I'm going in... Right thru the ER Ambulance bay. Get to the door, push button, push multiple buttons, nope cant, get in. - I know I will crack the door code.... Nope, didn't work, knock, nope, knock harder,.. Nope no ones coming... yes I see someone, says 24 hour Emergency... Walk to a side door, nope looks locked and closed. No activity, no one else around, I'm on my own... look at Bear, It's me and you buddy... Now What... Call Kaiser Hospital Nurse Hotline... speak to a RN on the phone describe what happened.. You need to get to a emergency room for treatment I'm told.. Next Nearest Hospital St. Rose at 11 miles, can I drive , well still blurred vision my headache dull, but safe to go that far.. should I call 9-1-1. I ended up laying in a Boulder City Park at 3am in the morning. Sprinklers are on, using every breathing treatment I can, keeping bear hydrated. I could call my son but he's s new day with a infant to care for in his room... Has the hospital violated a ADA regulation Violation? ADA dogs not allowed in a Hospital? EMTALA violation? I was admitted to BCH emergency room 1/27/22 at approximately 4AM with severe migraine. I was immediately made to feel like a nuisance. Due to a "migraine rescue RX" taken just before being admitted I could not communicate coherently. I asked for water no less then 10 times, which would have helped with the communication, but was not given water for several hours. My son had abdominal pain a couple of weeks ago, I was told that there was a quick care by the hospital now and sent my "just turned 19" son over there. He inquired and a woman sent him to the Emergency Room where, they took his vitals, and a doctor felt his abdomen and said he has two small hernias. My son had not received his new insurance card yet and the "collectors" there made him pay a $250 deposit. I asked, "For what exactly?" Again, walked in, vitals, and felt his abdomen, no blood work, no tests, NOTHING. The bill arrived: $1198, are you kidding me, this is exactly what is wrong with our country, a quarter hour of work. I have lived in Boulder City, NV for 27 years, I have never gone to Boulder City Hospital and I will continue not too as somewhere along the way, the hospital has forgotten to take care of patients not their pockets. I have had several bad experiences here but there was one time that really pissed me off. I had been experiencing abdominal discomfort for months and it got so bad I went to the ER. The doctor was a thin asian woman with an obese white female assistant, and as I was relaying to them the pain and discomfort I was in and it was as if they weren't even paying attention. As soon as I finished speaking she said "we can't give you pain meds" as if I were fishing for them. They take me to the x ray room eventually but I don't think they took an image. The nurse mocked me when I said I had a broken toe, and yes it did turn out to be broken. The Xray tech actually slammed my finger inbetween the wheel chair and the Xray bed when I told her that the staff isn't friendly. It was the absolute worst E.R room I have ever been to, and am writing this review not to be mean but to warn others, drive to Henderson if you want to be treated well and taken care of. read more

I got chollah jumping cactus spines taken out at Boulder City Hospital after being turned away from several urgent care clinics and being informed by St. Rose Domincan ER (in a rude and sketchy manner) that NV state law prevents them from telling me if they're contracted with my insurance until after I've been treated. By the time I got to BCH I was tired and irritated from driving between urgent cares and the other hospital and calling my insurance company multiple times to figure out what clinics were covered. I was also scared about the spines in my hand because I'm not from the area and I had no idea if they were poisonous or carried a high risk of infection. From arrival to discharge, the staff were empathetic and attentive. The secretary, nurse, medical student and attending were all efficient and friendly. They explained things in a way that I could understand. When I left, my discharge packet it made it clear about what I needed to do to care for myself at home. My only gripe is that it took a long time for each new person to come to me and do their thing but that's understandable because I had what turned out to be a very minor injury in the ER. read more

I came to this facility early in the morning with neck pain and difficulty swallowing (the swallowing issue being the main reason, I thought it best to get checked out). It was slow and we were greeted by the female staff, who were very pleasant. I explained why I was there at such an early hour (difficulty swallowing) and they went on to report "a lady with a stiff neck" to the on duty doctor. Great, that's not what brought me here, but ok. A short time later I'm greeted by an older doc who saunters up and asks what brings me here at 0400 in the morning, with an undertone of "I-bet-you're-here-for-drugs." I said "it's not for the pain, it's because I'm having trouble swallowing and that's a bit scary. I'm not here in an ER for a neck-ache!" Even after explaining that, he continued to be what I can only describe as annoyed I was there. This was making me pretty angry--and insulted--as a healthcare provider myself to the local community and visitors. I came to your facility for help, not to be talked down to like street scum. They did do a CT to check the soft tissue and found nothing, discharged me. I still have the symptoms and swallowing problems. If they continue, I'm never going back to Boulder City that's for sure. To be fair, the female nurse was very kind. But I would try another facility like DeLima or the new Henderson location if you don't like being talked down to by the on call Dr. if you hate your patients, it's time to retire. read more

I visited a year and a half ago. Yes, a year and a half ago and I'm writing this now. I knocked myself out in a sports accident and ended up waking up and fumbling towards the nearest person who could drive me to the ER. We got there, I got put in a chair, and wheeled to a bed. Good. Nurses were examining my forehead and top of my head where some bruises were. They failed to check the back of my head. Turns out I had a big gash that had oozed out blood slowly which I found out by simply grabbing the back of my head in pain. I had to tell them that the back of my head hurt before they even looked at it. A few minutes later they were in another room about 40 feet away with the door open. I heard one nurse say, "What should we do? Should we give him stitches?" which didn't bother me but kind of threw me off when I heard it. I figured she was a newbie. I could tell they were talking to the doctor. I could hear them talking about staples and then a nurse came over talking and preparing me to get two staples. Later on the only doctor there (some out of shape old white guy about 5'8" 160lbs in his late 50s) came to my bed with the medical stapler in hand and didn't even formally greet himself (which I didn't care at the time cause I was just trying not to fall asleep). So he immediately sat himself down and asked me what my name was. I responded thinking it was a test to see if I remembered who I was, because this same guy was just talking about me 5 minutes ago in another room. Then he asked me where I lived. I said the city, and he repeated the question again, so I told him my exact address, still thinking this was one of those tests. He then asked, "What are doing all the way out here?" I explained my situation. He then asked, "Why weren't you wearing a helmet? Hmm?" I didn't respond right away because the question threw me off, and my body was on the verge of falling asleep. He then asked, "Are you too cool for a helmet?" In that sort of tone like, "Was it you that chewed up the furniture and pooped on the carpet? Hmm?" He completely dismissed the injury at that point. He wanted to make it personal. Probably because he doesn't get the chance to tell off younger males in the slow city of Boulder on a regular basis. I knew he would help me, but it was a matter of when. So I said to him in frustration, "Can you please just help me?" He sat there for a second taking it in. He then bent my head forward and put one staple in. Then the 2nd (and last) staple. I could see his body move a lot just to get the second one in. And I could feel the second one go in crooked (not parallel with the 1st). I thought maybe the wound was shaped like that. But I thought that he was probably just being too quick to put them in. SO I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT HE PURPOSELY MESSED UP ON THE STAPLES until I got home and checked with two mirrors. Pic related. And so after he got done with the staples he said, "Maybe you should wear a helmet next time." In that same tone while not looking at me when he said it. I could sense the tension. He hated me because I'm simply a young male. He walked back to his desk. Mind you the desk was literally 30ft in front of the foot of the bed I was at. A few minutes later he calls over some nurses to randomly talk to them about what to do if a patient gets violent. I'm just laying there listening to this, figuratively shaking my head. Later on I got my head further examined and then I went home. I have attached a picture with the fully healed scar a year and a half later, today. As you can see, the 2nd staple left a crooked mark from the skin being pulled together on the lower right. The wound itself was a straight line. If you live in Boulder City I would advise you to not go to this hospital, in all sincerity. read more

I have had to use the ER at Boulder City Hospital two times in the last two years and both times had a really good experience. Both Dr. Meeks and Dr. Rollins showed a great bed-side manner and made me feel comfortable and calm. The nurses and staff were equally as nice. And I did not have to wait to be seen. I highly recommend the ER at Boulder City Hospital. read more

You will get taken to the cleaners by this ER and its doctors. Go anywhere else if at all possible. I went in for a one and a half inch laceration (mountain bike accident) on my shin in February, 2019. The care performed by a pleasant young female resident was fine. It included a brief saline rinse, several local lidocaine injections around the cut and six staples as well as an antibiotic shot. The shock came when I got the bill for $2400 a month later! The hospital portion was about $950 which included $450 for the doctor. That would have been fine but Dr. Harrington, the ER doctor at the time also billed $690 for the "consultation" and another $876 for the wound repair. This was in addition to the $950 hospital charge. Medicare normally allows about $225 for the equivalent procedure. I am in medicine and attend billing courses each year. In standard billing, the "consultation" is bundled in with the procedure fee unless there is a separate identifiable diagnosis (use of modifier-25) which in this case there was not. So basically I was charged $690 to ask a few questions and conclude the wound needed to be closed. I tried multiple times calling and writing letters to explain their faulty and dishonest billing practice and all they could tell me is that the ER doctors don't do the coding or billing and wouldn't have any idea what is going on. I am sure they enjoy their fat paychecks they receive from the service they provide. I will never mountain bike in Boulder City again and risk dealing with this ER. Stay away! read more

Dr. Meeks was extremely dismissive. He acted superior and unkind. I think that the job has desensitized him and he treats patients as a paycheck instead of putting the overall patient care first which is what I look for in the medical community. Avoid at all cost, the staff is fine but the ER doctor that I had was extremely rude and acted really annoyed that I was there, yet he could not even treat me I had to go to Dominican. This ER does not have adequate equipment and resources. And they wont touch pediatrics. I could have gotten better medical information from the internet that the lousy ER doc. Go anywhere else but here. The staff working the emergency room was so rude and cold I couldn't believe it. We wanted to go elsewhere after we got in the back but they said they would charge us so we had to stay, (my co-pay is $350). The nurse and doctor on duty treated me like a drug addict with their sarcastic questions and insinuations. Only after they did my blood work, did they start to be concerned. They didnt even help me, What a waste of $350, as they said they only deal with life threatening situations. I definitely wouldn't go there again in any situation, life threatening or not. read more

This hospital discharged my 75 year old mother who was just starting to recover from a stroke, with promises that a nurse would be checking on her starting the next day. We called the nursing agency to find out they were not coming until at least three weeks out. The social worker, Sandra Flores, had misunderstood or misrepresented that my mother would have care the day after she returned home. The hospital knew that my mother lives alone, and would require care if she was being discharged. I asked multiple times if they were sure they had care for her and I was assured that the nurse would be over the next day. I called multiple times over the weekend trying to get some answers and help, but no one was able to help me out. It has been 4 days since she was released and NO ONE from the hospital has returned my calls to explain or apologize for the stress they caused me and my elderly mother. With no thanks to them we were able to make emergency appointments and get the nurse set up. It is scary to think what would have happened to my mother if I was not able to rush out there to sort things out for her. She would have been left ALONE in her home for weeks without ANY medical attention. I don't wish this HORRIBLE experience on anyone and their loved ones. Thank God my mother is now ok, and settled back at her home trying to recover from her stroke, no thanks to Sandra. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We are visiting for work out of town and while here my daughter got sick with a fever of 105.8 and when we went in the check in lady was great the nurse was great and the doctor was the worst! Don't go here. Why wouldn't you let us know you don't have the resources for pediatrics at the beginning rather than let us be there and tell us at discharge. The doctor. Dr. Wallace seemed angry when he walked in and tired. I get that doctors are exhausted but have some freaking compassion. He didn't talk to us except for at check out he talked to the nurse didn't tell us labs he ordered just ordered them, didn't explain what he thought was happening or what he was looking for. When he asked why we were there I began to explain to him and he let out a huff of get on with it. Excuse me? But I figured you'd like to know what was going on and how this happened. I've never had such a bad hospital visit in my life. My daughter isn't even a year old. When I asked how much Tylenol I should give her he just said I don't know calculate it. Wow. Just wow. In a scared mother who is worried sick about her child!!! If you go to this hospital I highly recommend you don't see this doctor. read more

I wish I would have written this sooner. I have used the ER at Boulder City Hospital a few times over the years for my family. The service could not have been faster, friendlier or more competent. Nobody wants to go to the hospital, but the doctors and nurses at Boulder City Hospital made be feel welcome and confident that my family was being treated right. Don't wait for hours at other ERs; spend an extra 10 minutes driving to Boulder City Hospital and save yourself A LOT of time. read more

This hospital charged me for their highest level er visit for a scrap on my shin. A difference in over $2,500 in my total bill. Don't waste your time. If you're bleeding out or hurt worth it to chance death to drive to a legitimate hospital. read more
