Their boba always tastes fresh and soft, and I love that they can customize the sweetness level for almost any drink. Today, I ordered two lattes and a pastry. The pastry was ready within about 10 minutes, but I then waited another 15 minutes for the drinks. After the wait, I was told they were out of an ingredient needed for one of the lattes and offered a substitute. While I appreciated the alternative, it was disappointing to find out only after waiting so long, especially since I ordered that drink for a reason. By the time I received the drinks, my pastry was cold. No compensation or acknowledgment was offered for the long wait or the fact that I didn't receive the drink I originally ordered. For roughly $26 to $30 for two small (12oz) lattes and a pastry, I expected a better overall experience. Everyone has off days, and I understand that, but the service and value simply did not match the price point during this visit.
